I had my engagement ring re-​done about 2 years ago to suit my need. I wear gloves and wash my hands all day as a nurse, and Jennifer designed me a bezel ring with the diamond from the original engagement ring and my old smaller size diamonds. I absolutely love it!
I went to the store today to have my rings cleaned and re-​dip my wedding band. Everyone at the store was very nice, treated me like I just bought their most expensive jewelry, and my rings shiny again. (And it took only 15 minutes!!!) What a service!
I shall go back often to keep my rings shiny!

i used bradley t harris to have my fiancée’s diamond mounted to the band in 2010. it was a last minute deal and no one else would do it. i also needed it appraised for my insurance. he did it in the time frame i needed at a reasonable cost.

Bradley T. Harris is remarkable in that it is the first time in my life that i have EVER walked into a jewelry store and NOT immediately felt like I was about to be ripped off by some smarmy snake oil salesman with pretend certifications and really bright lights. Incredible workmanship, fair prices. No pushy salespeople, just people passionate about their work who want to see you achieve the best possible result. They took my very expensive diamond ring (which was lacking some serious sparkle due to an underwhelming setting) to a 10 with minimal instructions from me and liberty to do as needed (just raise the center diamond out of the bezel and make sure it sparkles) for half of what other jewelers were asking. I get compliments on the raised setting every single day. Why would you go somewhere that has to beg for your business and spends the mark up on radio commercials? These fools don’t even have a sign outside; that’s how good they are.

Another great find via Unilocalers. (thanks Tom B) We took my antique engagement ring here because we needed to replace a teeny diamond in the band. Crystal was super-​helpful and not the least bit pushy. She even let me look into the jewler’s mag lens at my ring. Cool. We ended up leaving both of our bands (white gold, three years old) as well for re-​finishing.
Picked everybody up three days later and it was like brand-​new jewelry! Super-​shiny bands! My rings were polished up so lovely; diamond replaced as if it had never been gone; and they refinished the prongs since my ring was so old.
All of that was about $ 150.
Will def go back when mama needs jewels.
