2 hours to receive the delivery when the estimate was 45 min to an hour. I wish they had just called and said they were backed up, I could have asked for a refund or just came myself. However the people at the BK were apologetic and nic. The food did eventually arrive hot.

We ordered delivery food from this Burger King. My silly boyfriend wasn’t feeling it. He was embarrassed to have a Burger King car park in front of our house. Our food was delivered in about 45 minutes during a thunderstorm. The delivery guy was very sweet and had no fear of our maniacal dogs. My fish sandwich was great, but the new«low fat» crinkle fries weren’t very tasty. I prefer the old fashioned greasy and crispy fries.

This is(unfortunately) the closest Burger King to my home. I don’t eat fast food often, but when I do I really like a Whopper. In fact, I like them so much that I’ve been generally willing to put up with the terrible service at this location. EVERY time I have visited, they take my order and money quickly. Then, they ask me to pull up a bit and wait for my food. I routinely wait 10 – 15 minutes for food from the drive through. On June 14, 2014, I waited 21 minutes for my food(and the order was just for myself… it wasn’t a large order). I’m done with this place.

We went through the drive thru twice for free fries and they gave them to us. They even remembered we wanted mayonnaise. We want to be friends with the drive thru girl.

I know I was adding poison to my system but I had a very small window in which to grab lunch between errands and going back to work so I went… The Whooper Jr. was definitively living up to the Jr. name! The patty was shrunken beyond the bread, I thought I ordered a lettuce & mayo sandwich! I had about 6 pieces of lettuce, and had to lift the lettuce after my second bite, because I had not hit the meat. VERY sad for a $ 1.29 sandwich. I am not asking for much, a patty that is kind of there? If you need more detail: Make an OK with your middle finger and thumb… the circumference outside your fingers, that’s how tiny my meat was. Again, I know it is shit food but sometimes you have time for nothing else…

Nuts and bolts: Been here a couple times. Went in once and then ordered through the drive-thru once. You can access from both PDL and North Avenues. It can be hard to make a left turn out of the lot if it is busy, but you can always wait at the light at the side street. Pros: The staff that I encountered were friendly. This is my favorite of the fast food burger places. And it tasted just like it always does. Cheap Whopper, Jr. Cons: A bit of a weird drive-thru. The 1st window is right around the corner. I totally passed it and had to back up! I will know better next time. A bit stingy with the ketchup packets. Neutral: Like the Dairy Queen near it, it is an outdated building. Could definitely use a makeover. But as long as the food tastes great and I don’t get sick, that doesn’t bother me.

This was the final straw for me ever giving a Burger King in the metropolitan atlanta area. I went in, had to stand at the counter for a good bit for them to come out and take my order, and then my food took forever. When I went to the soda fountain, it sprayed all over me. They had been cleaning it and had pulled off all the nozzles and just left it. The person behind the counter then said«oops, I was supposed to fix your drink». When someone has the soda fountain disassembled, one at least puts a sign on it to not use it, or turns it off, or doesn’t just leave it unattended. Then, when I got up to leave, I noticed all the trashcans were turned backwards against the walls. Nobody was at the counter again so I just set my trash up there and left… Between this experience, and the numerous problems I’ve had at the Northside Drive location, I think I’m done with the franchise and will go to the equidistant McDonald’s.

I’ve never had an issue with this Burger King… other than the fact they failed to give me my change in the drive thru 1 day and I didn’t notice until a few days later. But other than that, my food is always warm and fresh so they are A-OK.

Ok… please keep in mind that my review is based on my drive-thru experiences. I have actually never been inside this location. With this being said… most of my feedback is positive. All of my orders have come out correct and service is friendly and fast. Quality of food is standard for typical Burger Kings. Overall…if you have a hankering for a Whopper… here’s a BK for you.

Worst. Burger King. Ever. I’ve lived near this store for over 20 years and it has *always* been awful. Always! Surly uncooperative staff, nasty food, even nastier dining room. It’s not like I frequent this place either. After the first few disastrous visits, it was years before I went back. It was even worse. I gave it a few more years. Still nasty as ever. They can’t get it right because they’ve *never* gotten it right. Avoid this place like the plague! Other BKs are great but stay away from this particular store. Save yourself some grief and go next door to the Dairy Queen.

You know this whole«Whopper Virgin» ad campaign? Well, replace«Whopper» with«anal» and«Burger King» with«prison,» and this review will make a lot more sense. Now were I ever to unexpectedly visit«Burger King» and lose my «Whopper» virginity, I guess it’s better than the Big Mac alternative, but, really, I kind of don’t want either one. Actually, I REALLY don’t want either one.
