I tried Chaos Conditioning for the first time this morning, via ClassPass. It’s a little tricky to find The Forum(where the classes are located) if you’re not familiar with Lenox Mall. Basically, you’ll want to go to the bottom floor parking deck, underneath Macy’s, by the police station. Once you enter the gym the chaos conditioning area is located in the back to the left. I was the first to arrive, and the instructor Jeff could not have been more helpful or welcoming. The classes itself are HIIT circuits, and I believe he mixes up the class each time. For my class, we used the punching bag(gloves were included), ran on the zero-gravity treadmill, used heavy ropes and did other exercises including squats, pushups and more. The class flies by, and Jeff walks around to correct form. I was very impressed with how fun and effective Chaos Conditioning is, and will be sure to return! Tip: I would arrive a few minutes early for your first class, so Jeff can show you the treadmill and other equipment.

Chaos Conditioning is located in the Forum Athletic Club in Lenox Mall(near the JW Mariott side at the bottom of the parking deck). I am a ClassPass user and have been to Complete Chaos a few times. I love this class! Jeff is so kind and welcoming and the workout is killer. The class is designed for all fitness levels and you can modify the workouts to your ability. The music is loud and upbeat and class instruction is easy to follow. It is mostly circuit work so it never gets boring or redundant. I highly suggest dropping into a class if you’re looking for something new to get your fitness on. They have individual class«drop in» rates and you don’t have to be a member of Forum to go.
