i dont agree with the bad reviews. i was traveling for work and came here to drop off my clothes and got them all returned in perfect condition, folded, and clean! plus i gave them everything pants, skirts, sweaters, dress shirts, scarfs, and coats. i spent $$ but it was worth it to have clean clothes. i had to get all that the same day or next day and it was ready when i needed it to be!
when i went the price was about:
pants, skirts, sweaters, dress shirts ~$ 5 each
jackets ~$ 13 each
wash & fold laundry ~$ 10 each

I stopped in here as a prospective new customer to inquire about their prices, hours, etc. and was rudely served by the manager/​owner. Methinks not to return

This dry cleaners is dangerously close to my office. I say dangerous because I am always tempted to bring my clothing here on my lunch break even after they burnt a hole through my favorite summer dress. (and I’ll write the story now…)
I got back from one of the several weddings I wear the dress to and noticed a small stain on the front. It looked like all the chocolate icing from the groom’s cake didn’t make it to my mouth. So I drop it and another dress off for dry cleaning. When I go to pick it up a few days later I make the mistake of not looking to see if the stain was removed. When I got home from work later I realized that the stain in fact had been removed, but unfortunately so had the dress underneath it. Yep, a nice fingernail sized hole in the middle of the dress.
I tried to call when I realized they would be closing sooner than I could get back to return it and was told (after much confusion) to just bring it back the following morning. When I did there was no mention of a refund (which sucks because it cost $ 25 to have both dresses cleaned — ugh). They simply said their alterations person would have a go at it and if I wasn’t pleased with the result then we could discuss. Since I’m not one to confront people (I know, its a bad character trait that was passed down from my mom) I let it be and showed up in three days like they asked. Sometimes I’m such a sheep.
The dress will never look the same but the weird patch they ironed on conceals enough that I can wear it in the dark (if I stay seated with a napkin on my lap). I’m mainly writing this review as a reminder to myself not to go back. Because I guarantee the close proximity to my office will once again tempt me.
