Had lunch here yesterday with AT and we experienced a typical Chipotle meal, with no hiccups or inordinately long waits. We are pretty easy when it comes to ordering our food and have few dietary restrictions, meaning that we don’t ask too many questions about the ingredient composition of the various things you can add to your burrito/bowl/taco/whatever. The veggies seemed fresh enough and his steak and my barbacoa were cooked fine.
If I’m in the mood for Chipotle while hanging around Lenox Square Mall, I would not mind coming back.

When I asked the entire staff behind the counter to clarify whether or not the sofritas were vegan or vegetarian they asked me «what’s the difference?» When working in the food and beverage industry all employees should be well versed on the menus list of allergens and be able to answer accordingly. Highly disappointed with the lack of intellect or willingness to help a customer.

I could have probably counted how many romaine sprigs were in my salad. By the time I got back to work, it was basically just sour cream, meat, and salsa. While it was still tasty – it was way too rich. Wish there was a sign at the front of the line about them not selling the corn salsa at the moment because that’s mainly what I go for. Not my first unsatisfactory visit to this chipotle since I work at the mall. Won’t be returning.

Pretty solid chipotle. Service can be hit or miss depending on the staffing levels but overall it gets the job done for a tasty fast casual. I’ve only been once and encountered that they have run out of steak and it was toward the end of the night. The store seems busy enough to where the food is used and replaced pretty quickly.

I mistaking thought that the worker asked if I wanted beans, but instead she said no meat. When I asked for meat she caught an attitude with me about how I could not hear right. Never coming back here ever again because lack of hospitality. The meat was also undercooked. Worst Chipotle I have ever been to.
