Fast flavorful and a good choice for travel eating… assuming that I don’t come down with E Coli in 3 – 5 days. I couldn’t figure out how I would eat a burrito waiting on my flight so I ordered a bowl. It would be nice if they served the burritos in a bowl for travelers since everything is to go and there aren’t any tables. Pricing is nearly the same as you pay in a non airport environment. Sofritas rule!!!

I thought maybe a different location would be different but no. Nice staff. But my three tacos were all rolled up together in one piece of foil and everything was all wet and fell apart. Forgot the lettuce, didn’t notice cuz I was paying at that point. I was so hungry too. Should’ve got a burger. Chips and salsa didn’t fail me tho. Not worth the $.

Terrible food. They seem to run out of food or there equipment breaks down. For example the rice machine broke down without rice might as well shut down!

At 6pm on a Sunday night they told all their customers they were out of rice and it would be over an hour until they had more available. But if course, your still need to pay full price for a rice-less meal. Terrible management of their food supplies and terrible customer service

Subpar Chipotle experience. I had a layover in Atlanta on a Saturday afternoon, and this one had run entirely out of rice(brown and white). Could they compensate by spotting me some free guacamole? No. Worth a try. The burrito tasted OK, but it leaked all over me when I tried to eat it. Maybe the guy rolled my burrito made some fundamental foil-wrapping error, or maybe a lack of rice makes the burrito leakier. Anyway, meat and bean juice were running out the bottom of the burrito like a faucet. I applied countless napkins to stem the tide, but they kept soaking through. This was a real issue because there are no tables to eat on at this location. I was fortunate I had a shirt in my carry-on luggage. Upshot: Get a bowl until these guys learn how to roll a fattie.

Wasn’t very busy on a Sunday morning, as there were only 2 folks in line in front of me. Put my order in and got it done quickly. I was somewhat surprised to see that prices were the same as back home and not inflated like they usually are at airports. Same quality, same great taste. Should hold me over for my 1hr 15m flight.

They had no cheese! I consider this a vital component to my burrito bowl, and most other items people order, and I don’t really understand how they could be out of it. I politely asked the manager if they would throw in guacamole as a substitute, but the answer was no. I don’t think this location deserve my or other’s business.

Cheaper than other airport alternatives. Despite me being on a strict diet, Chipotles was able to accommodate my dietary needs, while being more affordable than other places at the airport.

Terrible service, food is all cold or just empty. Kitchen wasn’t even hot or in progress. Left promptly!

Due to my Gluten free diet, Chipotle is my go to restaurant when I’m on the road. It is the glimmer of hope for a cheap and safe meal in a sea of few and far between viable options. I was beyond ecstatic to see that ATL’s revamped food offerings included adding a Chipotle to the D concourse, right next to gate 27. This standing counter presents as your standard Chipotle, but beyond that the food is subpar at best as others have described. The accounts of stuff being cold and having luck luster flavor are pretty accurate. The steak tasted like it was a day old and had been placed in a freeze and not properly reheated. The rice was undercooked. Everything else was just lacking as well. For one who thrives on Chipotle, I was upset that I wasted my money and ended up throwing a full burrito bowl away. One thing I did have to give them credit for is when I made them aware of my issue with gluten and asked them to change their gloves, they changed the serving spoons as well without asking.

Speedy, as I would expect in an airport location. And because they’re speedy, they don’t seem to have too much time for answering questions and helping people figure out what they want. Here’s a tip: If you’ve never been to a Chipotle before, listen to the person in front of you ordering so that when the gal says«mumble or mumble beans,» you’ll know to say«black beans» or «refried beans», et cetera. So how was it? It was… okay. I’ve had better. Maybe it’s because they’re limited by knives and cooking implements. Or maybe it’s just not the same recipes as the retail stores. Either way… I’ve had better.

I always enjoy Chipotle regardless of where I travel. Unfortunately, the visit to this Chipotle left little to be desired. Cold rice, cold chicken and cold peppers. Flavorless as well. Waitstaff is unenthusiastic.

I usually like Chipotle, but this is probably the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my life. The service was atrocious and the entire establishment was just unsanitary. One of the employees was wiping the counter and as she was cleaning, all the crud on the counter fell right back into the food bins. My burrito, when I got it, had WAY too much guacamole so that all I could taste was avocado! They’d just shoveled it in there without any thought at all! It was unbalanced, cold, and just plain gross. Never coming here again.

I have been to several Chipotles, and this one is the worst by far. The food was cold and no flavor in anything. I would not eat here again.

I love Chipotle!!! Today I was really excited about seeing a Chipotle I’m the airport being very tired and hungry I immediately made my way to the counter. After seeing that some of the options were not avaliable I went with option that were avaliable and boy do I regret it. My food was very very cold and flavorless. I would have returned my purchase but had another flight to catch. VERYDISAPOINTED!!!

Finally there are getting to be several Chipotles at airports and I couldn’t be happier. This outpost in ATL does a great job of providing quick, delicious burritos. The line moves just as quickly as at any full scale Chipotle and the food is just as tasty. A layover can’t get much better than sneaking a Chipotle burrito into a SkyClub to have a couple beers with. Hopefully some day I’ll be there early enough to try the interesting breakfast burritos you can only get at the airport.

I really appreciated having a Chipotle in the airport. Felt like I could get some decent food, and even with airport prices, it was decent. I just wish they had some seating; I don’t like having to eat my food out in the open with so many people milling around(does that make sense?). Felt icky/dirty having to eat my food in the middle of a terminal.
