Chipotle is my favorite Tex-Mex chain. I love getting their bowls! I am rarely ever disappointed by them. So, when I’m craving a bowl, it’s so easy to just find the nearest Chipotle nearby.

This chipotle has some of the worst customer service. I know the lines are long, but do you really have to have an attitude about it? I asked for extra lettuce and the employee just threw it onto my bowl as if I asked for 1st and last month’s rent! Jeez! To top it off, they were out of chicken!!! How do you run out of chicken at Chipotle??? I really want to know! So myself and 4 other people decided to wait on chicken. The poor guy in the back was chopping up the chicken so fast and I know his hand was burning, the chicken had just come off the grill! Unfortunately, his chopping was in vain. One of the people in front of me noticed the chicken was pink inside… she cancelled her order because the employees then had to throw all of the chicken away and start over. Chile I cancelled my order too. I haven’t been back and that was 2 – 3 months ago.

Love chipotle. I haven’t been to one in a while but I will tell you I won’t be coming back to this location. First they didn’t have cilantro in their rice. As I move along the line they also don’t have crunchy tacos. Move further along the line and they insult me with this concoction of mashed tomatoes that they are trying to pass of as PICO de gallo. The girls that have me al this info ofcourse all young looked at me like I was totally wrong for wanting what are usual ingredients in my ChipotLe taco. Management needs to get their sh** together. The meat and everything else do curse was excellent. But service and lack of ingredients… A big thumbs down.

line is always long. ordering online still means a five minute wait before the cashier even notices you. Burrito falling apart when im trying to eat occurs often

I visited this Chipotle location yesterday. I have never been more disgusted with the way I was treated at an establishment in my life! I am appalled at the way my boyfriend and I were spoken to by one of the employees last night. We came in to order food. I ordered a burrito bowl. The gentleman preparing the tortillas and serving the rice, beans, and meat was very polite. The girl that was then serving the remaining ingredients was extremely rude. It was obvious that she didn’t want to be there. She was sloppily throwing ingredients into my bowl(guac in the corner, sour cream in the other corner, soupy tomato salsa that she couldn’t care to drain) she was trying to rush so fast(no line when we arrived) that she wasn’t even listening to what I was asking for… That was just the beginning. My boyfriend, Who was right behind me, ordered a quesarito. Again, the same girl who was being sloppy with my food(and his because she had to scoop off ingredients since she decided she wasn’t going to listen to his order either) began to wrap his quesarito. while she is doing this all of the contents of the quesarito fell out and she was unable to close it. This was no longer a burrito of any kind. She then tried to cover it up by putting the side that was open on the bottom and covering it up with aluminum foil.(We are aware that sometimes this is something that happens. In most cases, the chipotle employee will a) ask if you would like it remade, or b) automatically grab a new tortilla and transfer the contents to the new one without the customer having to ask. Once we realized she was trying to cover it up, my boyfriend asked her if she could remake it. Her immediate snappy response was«I CANTHELPITIFITRIPS!» We both said we know that but clearly it needs to be remade. It wasn’t even a burrito anymore. The two women who were in line behind us agreed saying they would not have accepted that either. The associate then goes«well do you want me to put it in a bowl… Do you want new aluminum foil?!» To which my boyfriend replied«no I would like a quesarito» … because this is what he asked for in the beginning. She spent more time going back and forth with us over not remaking the food than it would have actually taken to prepare another quesadilla for the quesarito.(Let me just say that my boyfriend orders this every time we go to chipotle… It is always wrapped properly. We have never had a problem before. She just clearly didn’t want to do it) So then I suggested to her that it should be prepared again but this time, they could probably go a little lighter on the rice and beans because there was a lot. Her next smart response(WITHEXTREMEATTITUDE) was«Oh so you want less food?» … At that point I decided I was done speaking with her. I told my boyfriend that I wanted to leave. The only reason we stayed was because he really wanted the food that we came in there for… The girl then just storms off and says something Like«you deal with them» to another associate who then comes to continue our order(at this point there is a line. The two ladies who were in agreement with me that were behind us had both completed their orders and checked out by this point) the associate who took over our order(not sure if she was a manager or not.) then says«do you want me to put this in a bowl» smh… AGAIN, NO we would just like a quesarito… FINALLY, They prepared a new one and this time it was prepared correctly and we were finally able to leave. A 3rd girl rang us up and she was very polite. At no point did we ever receive an apology for the way we were treated. It was ridiculous. I love chipotle as much as the next person but I am done with that location.

Extremely unpleased. I got a steak burrito bowl and I don’t think I can chew enough to bite through this steak. Terrible quality and then they add a cost to everything. A few chips with a bowl isn’t a huge thing to ask. If you are going to charge top dollar please have top quality.

Its Chipotle. You know its all about those burrito bowls. This was my first time at this location and I almost didn’t eat there. There was a fly flying around in the area where they prep your bowl. I was starving and since they weren’t actually landing on the food, I decided to just go with the flow and placed my order. Goodness gracious, I was charged $ 1.95 for guacamole. Why am I being charged extra for guac at a place that serves«Mexican» food? I will probably never request guacamole again, as this is got to be the biggest rip off in the joint. I mean you can buy avocados for less than a dollar when you are buying them in bulk as I’m sure this place does, so they are making 1000% profit off this up-charge. This location sells some beer and I think I saw someone with a margarita, but we were sitting outside on the patio, so it may have been one that she smuggled in for herself. I can only image how much a margarita would cost if they charge you $ 2 extra for guacamole. Most of the other reviews speak of how pack this place normally is. That wasn’t the case for me. I walked in and was next in the serving line and there were plenty of tables for me to choose from. Admittedly, I was there right at 5 pm on a Thursday, so it possible that at that time of the day, most folks are stuck in traffic on 285. I suggest online ordering if you are going during lunch time or other times when it would normally be busy.

Very disappointed! Something is off with their recipes … Not sure if it’s the rice, chicken, corn, or something else. I always get a chicken burrito bowl and love it… But was surprised when I visited this location that the burrito bowl didn’t taste like the bowls at the 8 other chipotle locations I’ve visited. I also gave them a second chance and it still was not right!

The food is good and the restaurant is clean. My biggest complaint is how SLOW the service is. I’ve been here multiple times and have walked out the door because of the line. I’ve seen other customers do the same thing. I’m standing in line now and see the cashier just standing there waiting on the food line. Improve your time of delivery and I will give 4 stars.

I’m torn to write about this Chipotle location. I’ve been coming here for several years and today I saw some unsanitary practices that grossed me out. I know it’s fast food and I like the fact that I can see how they are preparing the food. I love their food and that it’s healthier alternative. Today, the servers/preparers were goofing around(nothing wrong with that) and were grabbing each others’ arms etc. But then NONE of them changed their gloves. They all went back touching /serving food. Hello — GROSS!!! The cashier must have seen my face and asked… I told her and she made me a new salad. The person behind me felt the same way. Yet even after this being brought to her attention she didn’t ask the 4 servers to change the gloves. So if Chipotle is pitching good healthy food for you then why aren’t they serving it in a SANITARY manner?

I love Chipotle but this location is always packed. I dread going to Cobb Pkwy most days because of the traffic, and then to walk in and be #40 in line is a let down. Don’t get me wrong, I waited to get my fix, but I hope they will open some other locations(Atlanta Rd. or South Cobb) to alleviate the wait.

We’ve been to this location a couple times and you can tell they are doing something right when their is a line out the door around 10:55am before they open at 11! The staff could use a little more friendliness, but they make your food correctly and are very quick. That’s the important part. Not much to say about a Chipotle.(fast food chain) Not a lot of options to add to your meals but with what they have the food is always delicious and fresh. I am INLOVE with their salads.

This location is in a plaza next to Chickfila and old navy. Food and service is just like any other chipotle. However, if you are in a rush, do not come to this location. This location is consistently really busy and the line is always craaaaaaaazy long. Don’t be surprised if you are waiting over 20 minutes in line. I came here on Sunday at 7:30 and the line was just ridiculous. Tip: order through their app and pick up there…

I’ve eaten at Chipotle for more than ten years. Love the food value. I love the consistent taste all over the country. Except today. We had ordered 3 chicken bowls. The chicken and rice were bland and not tasty. Ive never had a complaint before but this location is by far the worst tasting Chipotle I’ve experienced and I eaten at no less than 20. Please investigate. Overall id rank an average Chipotle 4.2÷5 stars based on value of food for the price and taste. We ate at 230pm.

There is always a long line which gives the impression theyre handing out free burritos. The line moves fairly slow… Depending on the time and day. Honestly I feel like they need another Chipotle in this area. However, customer service is awful. My boyfriend got chicken and the young woman gave half a scoop… He asked if he could get more and she said it was extra. He paid it but I thought that wasn’t fair. The last time I ate here I got food poisoning and was sick for the days… Missed work and everything. I know it was from this place because it was the first thing I had eaten all day and within hours I was throwing it all up. A friend of mine who works in the restaurant industry advised me that if I get sick from a restaurant that I should call them and let them know so that they are aware… Next time I will. I was an avid Chipotle eater but I haven’t been in 3 months and don’t plan on going back anytime soon.

I must say that I enjoy eating Chipotle. In case you did not know, Chipotle is the first and only restaurant to go completely no-GMO. This location has the official sign to prove it! They pride themselves on severing sustainable meat and fresh veggies from local farmers! For that reason I recommend chipotle and encourage others to eat it as well. However, I am only giving THIS Chipotle 3 stars because I know that this was NOT Steve Ells’s vision. My neighborhood Chipotle is failing due to lack of cleanliness, inconsistency, and poor customer service. I understand being busy, but please be busy with a smile on your face. This location does not set the standard for fast casual dining. It’s definitely good to see a line, However, it also means that the staff could be a little more efficient. There is always a long line here, always! My strategy was to arrive right at 11am when the store opened for lunch, first problem was that the door didn’t actually open until 11:03 and people were already waiting outside. Why not open the door 5 minutes early instead? Second problem, why was the customer service not friendly during the opening hour? I’d like to suggest offering coffee for the employee so that they are a little more friendly at 11am. Although I can’t give any additional stars I would recommend that you try chipotle to form your own opinion, then let me know what you think. My past few experiences here on Cobb parkway were just mediocre.

Poor customer service skills and dirty. Asked them to change their gloves. This older Hispanic lady made big deal about it. Not only was she making a big deal but she was wiping the counter with nothing but her gloves. That is unsanitary and cross contamination. Told the cash register girl that there wasn’t any soap in men’s restroom. She said ok. Went back after I was done eating 30 min later, still no soap. Very disappointed in Chipotles downhill slope in regards to customer service and cleanliness. I’ve observed this at multiple locations throughout Atlanta in the past year. I will not be a returning customer.

Lunch hour rush time service was outstanding! It was 12:15pm on Thursday and the line was ALMOST out the door. But we waited less than 5 min to be serviced. I was very impressed at how smooth their food line was. From the«Are you eating here or to go?» to the«Your total comes to…» the employees are fast, friendly, and efficient. Best service I have ever had at Chipotle!!!

Delicious food at a great price! First off anyone who actually eats in store has to be a sadomasochist. This place is insanely busy and noisy. There’s always a long line. I always order and pay online and pick mine up. Food: The tacos are small but delicious. I always get the burrito bowl. It’s the size of a small baby and so good! My favorite meat is with the pork. Last time they were out of pork at 11:30 a.m. So one star off for that. I add guac to mine. It’s fresh and delicious! Ordering/Picking up: Easy peasy. I order and pay online. I go straight to the register for pickup and bypass all the fools waiting in line. Service: The register people are super nice. I don’t know how they handle everything so well with the noisiness and constant customers. Parking: It stinks. I try and pickup around 11:30ish.
