Dance Atlanta International

I trained with Jorge for 3 years as an undergrad. Then I graduated, broke my ankle, moved to florida… basically took a year off and COULDN’T WAIT to get back! Jorge really is the best teacher I know… and being around the Atlanta ballroom world now for over 6 years and traveling between many studios I say that with confidence. I followed him to the Dance Tonight Atlanta studio in Marietta and I love it there, not only is Jorge there but the studio has a great atmosphere and you really feel like you’re part of a family. I took lessons with another teacher years before, and didn’t even realize how bad it was until I took my first lesson with Jorge and was like OH! THAT’S WHAT THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE LIKE. If you are serious about competing, he can be hard on you and expect a lot but he really shapes you into a terrific dancer. He is very reliable and you can tell he really cares about his students. He’ll go out of his way to make sure you are getting everything you need to accomplish your goals, whether it’s tearing up the salsa floor, sharing an un-​shaky dance at your wedding, or becoming a professional dancer yourself. I’ve gone on to win competitions across the southeast thanks to Jorge. I feel like it’s one of those Shane Company commercials– «shop everywhere else first and then come to Jorge because you’ll realize he’s the best.» or something like that lol. YAY Jorge Morales!!!

I’ve been training with Jorge Morales (the professional behind Dance Atlanta International) for 3 ½ years. My life has completely transformed because of ballroom dancing and because of the training I’ve received. I’m a stronger dancer, my mind is disciplined and my heart is fulfilled. I train for dance competitions but Jorge Morales also works very well with those looking to learn how to dance socially, for a wedding or for a special event. He choreographed a tango routine for my boyfriend and I that we performed in New York City and it was a big success!
