Well if the Sky Club experience couldn’t get worse. . You pay $$$ for an annual membership and they cut back on the breakfast items again. Now you get bread and water. Nothing else. I feel my membership coming to an end. Back to the gate to wait with the pesents.

Perhaps I’m still grumpy from my international flight. However, everyone at the club has been great and attentive. The club is spread out which makes it one of the more comfortable ATL clubs. Located close to the A concourse hub which makes it great for a quick drink, snack or itinerary fix. Bottom line, Delta is the place to be. Grab a Delta Gold or Platinum AMEx and pay $ 29.00 to get in or, grab a Reserve Delta AmEX and get in for free. If you are military, they wave the yearly cost of the card. Great deal. Cheers

I thought that since Atlanta was the Delta headquarters that the Sky Club would be phenomenal… But that’s not what i’m finding at all. Maybe i am comparing to JFK term 4. Well ok this place is comfortable with some easy chairs and then some desk-style along the outer perimeter. The bartender was just friendly enough, efficient and courteous. The snack bar was less than excellent, with empty bowls and missing serving tongs. The soup containers were empty though there were bowls and crackers out in front of them. The vegetables looked old and dried out. See attached photo of the radish. It was hard to find an empty chair when i first came in and it is basically one big room so it’s noisy with talking and some kind of house music. On my way out it had calmed down and was like a whole different place, quiet and calm. If you are lucky to find a seat near a plug you can recharge your electronics. Pluses are fast free wifi, free house drinks and super clean bathrooms.

So much better than the lounge in concourse B, there is no comparison! Clean, perfect temperature, professional and polite!

No real food here and when I went out and got a takeaway and came back they told me I could not eat it in their lounge. This is not why a I got gold frequent flyer status on Virgin Atlantic. Delta needs to March Virgin quality.

One of the most relaxing lounges. Clean. Plenty of seating. Hot and cold food and plenty of drinks. Just had a yummy chicken and rice thai soup

Probably one of the best lounges I have experienced by Delta — roomy and casual and a great, tasty selection of soup, snacks, and protein to tide you over. If you can find the Marinated Garden Salad(more re like Greek) you’re in for a treat. Restrooms are nice because there’s no space for some crazy senator to tap his foot. The lack of star is because I couldn’t find the soft drinks.

Disappointed that this Sky Club is quite worn and seems dirty. The chairs aren’t very comfortable except for a few scattered here and there. Seems like it needs some attention.

Hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, cappuccino tea breakfast is fairly well represented. Lunch + isn’t so bad either… I love their souls and salads are ok Way to beat the insanity of the airport.

This Sky Club is a great place to kill time while stuck between flights at Atlanta’s Harftsield-Jackson Airport, aka the human zoo. Since, I really try to avoid this place like the plague, the Sky Club offers a relaxing spot to recharge the human battery as well as those electronic devices which Delta and the FAA are so worried are going to interfere with an all-digital navigational system, Whateva’! This is one of the newer, upgraded SkyClubs with a reasonable assortment of food. There’s reading materials, newspapers, TV’s, quiet areas, Cubicles for those needing to work and a bar and sitting area. There’s also a nice view of planes moving in/out of Terminal A. Great service by experienced Delta peeps!

This was my first visit to a Delta Sky Club… EVER… and I travel a ton but have never used the«lounges» that airlines offer. Now I feel like I want to come here all the time. Really nice staff, expansive area to rest and relax with lots of private cubby’s for working. Loved the Starbucks self serve station, along with the cucumber water. Free wifi, super nice bathrooms with specialty soap and lotion. Snacks… I could go on. Honestly, how have I never visited these lounges?

I use this sky club on a regular basis; tonight I was given my drink in a plastic cup and the floors are a mess. I pay a premium price to use Delta Sky Clubs and I believe it should be better than this! I realize it is only 40 minutes until closing time but people are paying for a service and they should get it right up to closing time.

Was disappointed here after traveling more than 9 hours was hoping to be able to freshen up only to find the ladies restroom was closed for renovations. There was no ice for water. Didn’t get wifi password when I checked in — had to go all the way back to front desk for that. Nothing to speak of food wise — some salad and cookies. Maybe this place is in transition and will be new and improved soon.

This review is for the Club by A17. What a great lounge! It’s nice and large and there are many different types of seating available. Plugs are also abundant for all our electronic gadgets. Well drinks and house beer/wine is complimentary or you can upgrade for a fee. WiFi is free. Now there is also some food available. The soda machine is hi-tech with a touch screen. Great place!

Disclaimer: This is a bit biased because 1. We receive complimentary access to the Delta SkyClub(when flying Delta) with our AMEX Platinum card and 2. We were on our belated honeymoon to Hawaii so the whole trip was exciting. This was our second Sky Club experience — the first at JAX. This one is pretty large with a LOT of seating/comfy chairs/not-so-comfy chairs. The staff kept the food bar well stocked and the bartender was friendly and quick to fill your order. I like the Coca-Cola machines. They’re the ones with the touchscreen that provide nearly every flavor of Coca-cola products. The menu for lunch(the times we visited this location) was the chicken salad on the salad bar along with the tomatoe(and some other kind of) soup. We saw the soup come out to the bar in bags, so it is obviously just mass produced by a food wholesaler, but OMG the tomatoe soup was SOOOO good and I couldn’t stop eating the cranberry/chicken salad on bread. It was very quite relative to the general air terminals and relaxing to get away to this«escape» before hopping on the next plane. Thanks Delta and AMEX!

Not too bad of a lounge, deserving of 3.5 stars… but not at the 4 or 5 star level. Nice, open and spacious layout and located near gate A18. Checkin was seamless. It’s a standard lounge with basic«snacks» and drinks. I was there for breakfast and there were bagels, oatmeal, and some munching snacks. Overall, not a bad lounge… it’s nice to get out of the Atlanta airport crowd and take a seat in a quiet location.

During my recent trip to Portland Maine we had what was suppose to be a quick layover at Atlanta. Now due to inclement weather conditions there was a delay of about 2 hours to Fort Lauderdale. The flight went as follows Portland, ME to Atlanta, GA to Fort Lauderdale, FL. Now I understand that delay’s happens and the weather and mother nature our beyond control. What is within our control is to have a plan or strategy in hand when things like this happen. Rain and Thunder can be forecasted therefore you already have a strategic advantage. We were in Terminal A Section 29. This poor lady was alone and by herself dealing with a mob of people who are upset and angry because they were delayed. Delta anticipating this should have had extra staff to making the boarding processes quicker. The poor lady did her job to the best of her ability but in doing so had to deal with the stress the lack of patience and rudeness of people. It took an extra hour to board everyone by herself: elderly, handicap, babies, etc. Delta should have had extra staff knowing there were going to be delays to make the boarding process quicker. The hour delay on the weather is on momma nature. The second hour is on Delta.

The usual Delta lounge. A bit on the small side, so expect to get a little cozy with fellow travelers when walking around. Food is the standard fare – minus the awesome Biscoff cookies, which have been removed from the lounge offerings. SAD! There are a few semi-private booths to allow for phone calls, and even a 10 people conference room you can book. Nothing special, but I’ve been to worse :)

The Delta Sky Club at terminal A in Atlanta airport is quite nice and a great place to relax on your long layover. They have the usual refreshments and snacks, the bar of course, and even a multi selection soda dispensing machine. The seats are comfortable and there are a decent number of power outlets. Overall it’s good for the frequent Delta traveler.
