Dreaming a Fantasy Wedding

I found Ce Ce on Ebay. She worked with me thru text, email, and phone conversations to get an idea of what I was wanting for our wedding. She is very thorough and made me feel as if I was the ONLY bride she was working with at the time. Turn around from order to delivery was quik. The flowers arrived beautifully, packaging was secure and they smelled amazing. Fabulous down to the last detail. Highly recommended.

This is a hidden gem when it comes to wedding planning. I found Cece and Dreaming Fantasy on Etsy. The pictures of previous work were so professional and very creative. I originally contacted to get a quote. Thinking the price was going to be way out of budget, Dreaming Fantasy gave me a «cant beat it price». My package included all custom order rustic bouquets, bouts and corsages. If I forgot to add something to my order Cece was quick to respond. The communication was great and the shipping was even better. It was shipped to me within two days. Every bride is excited to see the outcome asap and Cece did not make me wait at all! She was so sweet and very helpful. Had the perfect eye for what theme I was going with.

Cece worked with me and asked me what specific details I wanted in the wedding bouquets for my beach wedding in Puerto Rico that will be on August 10, 2014. She created such a nice blend of peach, coral and ivory colored flowers that are going to compliment the dusty-​aqua color of my bridesmaid dresses perfectly. She really paid attention to details by adding pearls and rhinestones just like I wanted. She got the exact champagne-​colored ribbon I wanted, and communicated with me throughout the entire process to make sure that the flowers were designed exactly the way I envisioned. The flowers arrived on time and they are perfect! I couldn’t have asked for anything better and I am very happy with the quality and attention to detail.
