Set up a reservation online and after completing I was supposed to get a confirmation email. No email was received. I called that same evening and got a recording stating that«all operators were busy» and to leave a message which will be returned promptly. By 10am the next morning I had still not received a confirmation or a call back. I called numerous times after that and never got a real person, just the same message that«all operators were busy». Finally at 1:30 that afternoon I received a call back. I informed the person that called that I found another service that answered their phone on the first call so I booked with them. I asked to have my reservation cancelled and was told it would be. Lo and behold, they billed me, even though they never performed the service. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company and will write a note to the BBS. I would suggest trying any of the reputable car services in Atlanta. I used K-One Limo Service out of Roswell and they were very professional.
