Fast-teks On-site Computer Services

I am an analyst by profession and choice. When chosing Fast-​Teks, I did some research and found they fit my on-​site needs, budget, customer service, and expertise needs.
From the start, Fast-​Teks listened to me and what I needed for assembling my high-​performance computer. They set up an appointment the same day as my call and a technician came over with an optical drive that I forgot to order when I listed all my purchased parts to Fast-​Teks via phone. Very impressed!
The technician arrived on time and was friendly. He was also ok with dogs in the house. I paid close attention to his actions and recognized the safety procedures were being met (static guard equipment). The technician informed me of his progress and identified a problem with my model Hydroseries cooling system which we solved by not installing it, but ordering the correct model instead.
Post service, their customer service rep, Bryce was very helpful with my questions and so was their Director. Very pleased with the service. A+
