Rick has been taking care of my pets for years, and I cannot say enough about his professionalism, courtesy and ability to make a pet owner feel comfortable. Years of experience have taught Rick what is important to pet owners, and what will make them feel comfortable. His intuitive knowledge of meaningful perks show that he cares not only for the pets, but for their owners. An example: Rick tracks my flights when I’m heading back to Atlanta, and if the flight is delayed, he’s already aware before I even contact him. He fits in that extra visit to make sure that when I get home, I’m not facing a scared, lonely pet. In the past, he has provided IV fluid hydration to an elderly pet of mine, and anyone who has done that for their pet knows that its not something you feel comfortable leaving in the hands of others. But Rick made me feel completely at ease, and his past experience in providing IV hydration made me feel comfortable enough to take an international trip.
