Ordered from here through a delivery service. Found black hair in my food. Almost threw up. Threw away all the food. How disgusting. I actually really liked this place too. I don’t think I’ll ever come back here or order from here ever again.

I frequently have the pleasure of working with Melissa in Catering and have ALL great things to say! She is easy to work with, the food is great and on time and I get feedback all the time from people I recommend to her service that she is A+ to work with for them as well. Great food, great service and timely responses!

I came in on a slow Early Sunday afternoon… I ordered 2 items to go. The wait for it was longer than the norm but I asked for NOAVOCADO on my sandwich. I looked on my ticket and it said NOAVOCADO. I get home and opened up my sandwich and its AVOCADO on there. I’m pissed the fuck off. Like how does this happen when I asked for it and when the waiter dropped off my bag I asked him«no avocado right he said that’s correct» SMDH now my food and appetite is messed up now. I don’t think I will be coming back to this location any more. It wasn’t even crowed and they was fully staffed. This is BULLSHIT!

Their food is not bad, but I’m certain the people taking your order do not listen. I stressed to two different people that I can NOT have dairy. I again asked to make sure the veggie panini I ordered didn’t have any hidden cheese, that wasn’t listened on the menu ingredients, and sure enough when I received my order, panini, with a side salad, the salad had cheese sprinkled all over. The friend I was with also cannot have dairy do to an allergy. They completely messed up her salad, adding things she requested to be taken off and then forgetting things that were supposed to be on the salad. Maybe they can learn to be a little more attentive, especially with guest who have restricted diets/and allergies.

Maybe I got there on a bad day or at a bad time. Ordered a half panini and a salad. The salad did NOT appear«fresh 2 order», and the half panini was more like a panini appetizer. Not in a hurry to go back.

After sampling the most heart-clogging food the south has to offer at Mary Mac’s, I was ready for some leafy greens! Fresh to Order was only a couple blocks from my hotel and featured a lot of tasty-sounding(and well-reviewed) salads, so I stopped in and ordered the Asian salad with seared tuna. The salad itself was fresh, crispy, and balanced, and the tuna was really tender and tasty – no gross fishy aftertaste or anything! Good portion size, and it came with a small roll to boot. Enjoying the break in the rainy weather by sitting out on the patio to enjoy my dinner was just the icing on the cake! Since I didn’t want to go into full junkfood withdrawal, I got a giant white chocolate macadamia cookie on my way out to satisfy my craving. Like the salad, it definitely did not disappoint!

I stumbled across this place while appraising a condo in the building next to it. It’s such a healthy place to grab lunch! Since it was my first time eating here I was asking the cashier a million questions. He was extremely sweet and helpful. Didn’t seem irritated or tried to rush me. With his suggestions I finally found a half panini/salad combo and ordered. Although it was super busy the order didn’t take to long to get to me. There was a lady walking around the dining room making sure you didn’t need anything and collecting plates that people were finished with. The dining area was extremely clean and they had an outside seating area as well. I parked on the street but I did read on the door they validate parking for one of the nearby garages. Overall I’d give this spot 5 stars.

Fresh good food. But pricey, not surprisingly. Service is slow. I’ve waited 40 mins for a take-out order of one entrée once! However, compensated with a $ 10 coupon for the long wait, so I’ll give them that. Nice patio as well.

Ate lunch on a Saturday. I ordered the mushroom chicken with garlicashed potatoes and a side salad. My boyfriend ordered a bison burger. My meal came very quickly and was very delicious. Everything was fresh and well prepared. My boyfriend’s burger took a little longer, and I tried a bite from it, which was good, but mine was better. The best bison burgers come from Ted’s Montana Grill. Anyhow, I would eat here again.

Absolutely one of my favorite places to pick something up for lunch during work. If I am at work, I’ll call in to order which makes things a little easier but keep in mind that peak lunch time during the week can be anywhere from 11:30 am to 2 pm so when I arrived and my order was not ready, I took that into account. I’ve eaten here several times, and even had a chance to sit in their nice patio dining area, but today I was little sad that the food wasn’t on the same level as it normally has been but it was extra busy in there sooooo I’ll give them a little pass. I ordered the salmon salad that comes with romaine lettuce, tortilla strips, corn, golden raisins, tomatoes, and a dressing of your choice… let me not forget that little baby croissant that has the right amount of honey butter. the romaine lettuce was not as fresh as it usually is and was a bit wilted. The salmon was pretty good, the croissant was hard, and I just had a very blah feeling when I was done. I’m giving the 4 stars based upon all of my past experiences with F2O because every business has an off day, plus the food and service wasn’t horrible or anything. Generally, I’ve had a very good experience with the staff and the quality of food from this location. No worries, I’ll be back soon F2O.

Unfortunately I don’t have a witty play on words to make fun of «fresh to»… because the food was quick, efficient, and indeed fresh. I had the Asian salad with added grilled chicken. Their protein additions are modestly priced ~$ 3 and are grilled on the spot. The dressing wasn’t over the top; It hit the sweet spot of not drowning the greens but not leaving them drier than the Sahara. I’ve only had salads there, but I’ve always been pleasantly surprised by the care they put into the food. Service at this particular location was attentive, especially that night. I’m a duke alum, and on this night in particular, UNC was playing. One of the employees was a fan. You’d think this would spell trouble, but we shared a few laughs and exchanged a few good school stories. Sometimes a good laugh while you’re waiting for a healthy meal is all you need. Great spot, with great people. I’d recommend this location to anyone.

This is a great place for a quick nutritious meal. The selection of paninis, salads and plates is enough to keep you coming back for more. The food is fresh but doesn’t take forever to come out like a normal restaurant. I had the grilled salmon plate and mashed potatoes and it was delicious! It’s also great for kids, they have several options like Mac and cheese that come with fresh carrots and an additional side for only $ 5! They have a wonderful selection of homemade drinks, specialty sodas and regular fountain drinks. The customer service is great too! They will validate your parking or you can park on the street for free if you’re carrying out. I highly recommend and will keep coming back for affordable, healthy meals on the go.

Great place if you’re looking for a light meal. When you first come in you grab and menu and stand in line to order. There was no crowd and we stood in line for about 5 minutes. Once your order in placed, your’re given a number to place on your table. There is self serve seating in the resturant or on the patio. It was a nice day so we ate outside. The tables were clean in and outside. They offer a variety of soups, salads and pannini’s. I enjoyed a Cobb Salad with Blackend Chickens Strips and Jalapeño Ranch Dressing. I added some tortilla strips for an added crunch and had some corn relish on the side. My date had the Ceasar Salad with Spicy Pulled Chicken. Delicious as well. We also shared a Strawberry Mojito Lemonade. Their drinks are a variety of fruit and/or mint infused flavors. Overall, good place to eat if you want something healthy and light .

When I’m too lazy to cook at home(often) and craving a healthier option, Fresh To Order is always there for me. Their food selection ranges from soups, salads, sandwiches, and an assortment of heartier entrees. I’ve tried a multitude of their soups and salads with my favorites being the market salad and the chicken tortilla soup. The salads are always fresh and on point which I really appreciate(consistency is key!!!). The soups are a little less consistent in that I occasionally find them too salty which isn’t a big deal. You can order a half soup, half salad combo for $ 7 – 8 which comes with a yummy little croissant and a very generous portion of both the soup and salad. The full salad portion is also very very generous. There’s an assortment of beverages available from fruity waters/tea to sodas to wine and beer. Service wise, you order at the counter and they give you a number with a stand to place on your table for both dining in and to-go orders. The staff are all very friendly and attentive. Parking wise, they have free 1 hour validated parking in the deck behind the restaurant and 15 minute free street parking to the right side of the restaurant if you’re taking your order to go.

Food was good, portions were fine. I got the Wild Mushroom Chicken which came with potatoes but no green veggies. Bad: We tried to coordinate this for a meeting. They didn’t deliver even though we are 1 – 2 blocks away and had a large order. We ordered anyway and picked up. Nothing was labeled, trying to figure out sodas and food with peers and third party meeting attendees was super awkward. Order something else for large order business lunches.

This was the very first place I had dinner at in Atlanta, it’s walking distance from my apartment and it’s a go to place for me. Food is always magnificent, and fresh!!! And beautiful! The food is very pretty and tastes as good as it looks. I’ve had the Almond chicken Skewers, a panini, and chicken tender loin which was literally the most perfectly cooked chicken you’ll ever have in your life. This needs to be a upscale setting for the quality of food they serve here. Must try… Very comfy place to just hangout for lunch.

I’m simply writing this review in hopes that someone who works there will read it and make a change(like Michael Jackson says) …I am a Fresh To Order foodie. LOVELOVELOVE this place. I was one of the bazillion who was crushed once they stopped serving brunch on Sunday(gasp, clutching pearls as I type!) so the stars I am giving for this review has everything to do with customer service and nothing to do with my food. I walked into the restaurant at 10:56AM on Tuesday, December 8. It was the hubby’s birthday and he LOVES the salad and soup so I wanted to surprise him with one of his favorite lunches while he was at work. Anyways, the restaurant opens at 11AM. It’s clearly marked on the door. I knew they weren’t OFFICIALLY open so I popped in and let the girl in the front, stocking the drinks, know that I’ll gladly wait till 11AM. She smiled and let me know that was fine. Knowing that my watch reads 5 minutes slower than my iPhone, I waited until my iPhone said 11:03AM and I started the walk to the counter. I felt like I had something on my face ’cause the way the same girl was staring at me… I was concerned. As I was walking up, she asked me what time it was. I told her it was 11:04AM(I walk really slow)…she said oh, we open at 11AM. I said, «…yep, I know… its after 11AM.» She then said the craziest thing…“well, if you could give us a few minutes, we’ll take care of you”. My face had to do contortions… alot of them. I then walked past a bubbly lady that was doing some general housekeeping stuff and sat at the first booth next to the beverages. I waited and I waited and I waited… until 11:16AM. This was the time on the TV(CNN was on and there is a clock at the bottom of the screen) and on my iPhone. At 11:16AM, I was pretty pissed(on the inside only ’cause I hate outwardly pissy customers) and couldn’t understand why NOONE asked me if I was ready, needed anything, ushered me to the front to place my order, etc., so I walked to the front. The girl who was the talking to me earlier was on the expo line and saw me come up to the register — of which all three still had the CLOSED sign up — and met me there. As she looked at me(with food in her teeth cause she was obviously eating right before… I watched her), she said(get this!!!).“Yes?”. WWWWWWHHHHHHHAAAAATTTTTT!!! I then said, ummmm are you ready now? She said yep, thanks for your patience, go ahead with your order. Now let me say this, I am certain the food was good. It always is. My hubby didn’t complain and was happy to get it — thankfully, Fresh To Order was wise and brought corn chowder back! But geez, when its time to open, you are open for service. If you aren’t ready for service, don’t open, or don’t open your doors so that people who are ready to order, won’t be annoyed when you clearly are focused on enjoying the last few minutes of solitude rather than deal with your first customer of the day. Rant over and looking forward to coming in to get my own bowl of corn chowder tomorrow… however, I will be going to the Decatur location. They are always ready at 11AM!!!

I ordered the Curry Chicken with a side salad and sweet mashed potatoes. The order came out in short amount of time. The house made beverage choices are the best. Everything is geared towards being healthy and fast. Food tasted wonderful. Would definitely visit again. As a bonus, the parking is free for an hour.

When looking for dining options on this section of Peachtree, I find myself choosing F2O more and more often, one for the quality of food and two for the breadth of menu. The casualness of placing your order fast food style at a counter, belies the quality of the food they produce. Don’t be thrown off if you see a line — it moves pretty quickly. I’m usually there at lunch with a group and the menu offers something for everyone, from killer salads to panini sandwiches to heartier entrees, plus soups and what they call outside the box burgers — a tuna burger, a black bean burger and a bison burger. What I like is that many of the entrees are available in a ¾ size and salads come in a half size when paired with soup. And most of the appetizers are downsized versions of entrée offerings. There’s something for any level of appetite and it’s a great menu for exploring. Salads are served on long colorful plates and range the gamut from Southwestern to Mediterranean to Asian to Caesar. Each comes with a suggested dressing(and protein add on like grilled chicken, shrimp, tofu, salmon, steak, calamari), but I’ve enjoyed mixing and matching dressings with salads and my absolute favorite is the ginger apricot vinaigrette. I was bummed to discover the fig and blue cheese salad was a seasonal item and no longer on the menu. With the chill in the air this weekend, I tried the lentil soup — awesomely good. I’m pretty stuck on my go to entrees, the almond chicken skewers and the grilled prime steak medallions. As a side, the garlic jack grit cake is so good and pretty unique. I can’t vouch for the other entrees, but I’ve never had anything bad here. I also like that they’ve got a gazillion drink options. No, not one of those Freestyle Coke machines, but two or three flavors of fresh made lemonade, several fresh brewed flavored sweet and unsweetened teas, plus lots of specialty bottled water, juice and soda options. There’s lots of good food at F2O. And the name says it all, fresh because it’s made to order.

Wow! I think I may have just found my new go-to spot for a great, healthy meal. I came to Fresh to Order for dinner tonight after my workout looking for a dinner that was 1) vegetarian and 2) healthy. And Fresh to Order superseded my expectations in every way. The menu features a variety of vegetarian options from their Black Bean burger(which I’ve got to try on my next visit) to their salads and even vegetarian sandwiches. I decided to go with the Tomato and Mozzarella panini with Caesar salad as my side. My food came out about 5 mins later and my sandwich was clearly. made fresh to order! I was expecting a half sandwich, half salad kind of deal but I got a full sized sandwich and hearty portion of salad. Not only was my meal plentiful but it was DELICIOUS! Also on my plate was a small croissant with an icing drizzle that made for a perfect treat after your meal. All of this for less than $ 9. Not only is the food great but the service is excellent! An employee named Trey provided 5 star service in sharing his personal recommendations as well as later following up to make sure that I was enjoying my meal. For a reasonably priced chain restaurant, I was blown away!

So we gave this spot another try and we are both very impressed. We tried the grilled salmon panini and the spinach salad and both meals where excellent. The sandwich had a really good flavor to it, the salmon on it was cooked perfectly, and the avocado on it gave it a nice texture blend as well as flavor. The spinach salad was very good, the strawberry, almonds and the blue cheese mix gave it like a dessert salad type flavor, we loved it, we will definitely be back to try something else on the menu.

It was bout 8 pm or so when I went in. You placed the order at a register and then they bring it to your table. The man taking the order was very nice, I asked what was a savory popular sandwich and he suggesting a chicken sandwich. I got it with a side of apple wedges and a cup of soup. He asked this is Togo right? I said that it was to eat there. He gave me a number and after grabbing some water I sat at a booth. The décor is colorful and pleasant. I waited about 10 minutes and got part of my food. He said«rest is coming». The sandwich came first. It was not good, the chicken was too dry and made it difficult to swallow. And overall it didn’t have much flavor. Then the soup arrived in a Togo bag, no spoon. I got up to find a spoon and they provided me with one. The chicken tortilla soup was better just needed some salt.

I got the Almond Crusted Chicken skewer for lunch. The chicken was great. Didn’t taste greasy but was still crisp and not dry on the inside. The Asian slaw could’ve used less dressing and there needed to be 85% less of the sweet and sour sauce for the chicken cuz it was way too sweet and the chicken didn’t even need it. The sweet mashed potatoes were tasty but overwhelming if you eat it just like that cuz there’s a lot and boy, it definitely is sweet! The nutmeg was a nice touch. Also, I opted for the ¾ portion and it was just right. Overall, not a bad place for a quick lunch.

This location of Fresh To Order can be found in midtown, at 860 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA30308, the Southwest quadrant of the Peachtree Rd and 7th St intersection — it’s at the base of the Spire building that has Gordon Biersch on the other side. There’s also a Five Guys in the same building and Starbucks is across Peachtree St. I’ve eaten at this location a handful of times, mostly when meeting friends or occasionally doing business in the area. It’s also a handy place to get a quick meal when coming to Dick Blick for art supplies. I’ve also eaten at the Sandy Springs location and both are very consistent with good service, considering that this is a «fast casual» restaurant. If you’re new to that term, it usually means order-at-the-counter, better quality foods, nicer interior and higher prices. It translates into a place where you can gauge how long you’ll be there by the line at the counter vs what you order(the latter factors into how long it takes you to eat). Service is generally better because you aren’t relying on someone messing up your order at the table — instead the person at the counter can mess it up for you — kidding aside, you pay for the convenience of not having someone wait on you, which speeds things up considerably. When you pay for your order you get a stand for an oval number — make sure you grab it or there could be considerable confusion in the delivery of your order. The interior of this location is very loft-like and industrial with modernist accents — I didn’t think to take photos of the insides or exterior. Lighting is great and you can do some people watching through the windows if your so inclined — not much to see other than a bunch of cars and people coming in-and-out of Starbucks. It has the same chairs, tables and for the most part furnishings of other, more suburban F2O locations. The times I’ve been here, it’s been very clean and reasonably busy. I’ve had salads and paninis and in general prefer the salads. Tomato Mozzarella Panini with Tomato Basil Soup — your basic vegetarian soup-and-sandwich meal with balsamic vinaigrette. Asian Chicken Crunch Panini with Market Salad — solid sandwich with hints of sesame oil, rosemary and an avocado aioli. Market Salad with Chicken — this is my go-to dish, dispensing with the bread. It’s filling and reasonably low calorie(sparing on the dressing). In the past I’ve also had the Grilled Chicken BLT and the Asian Salad with Almond Encrusted Tuna — both were very good. I do like that you can sit outside at this location — the Sandy Springs location lacks outside seating(not sure if you’d want to sit outside there or not — that location is fairly lacking in exterior views).

Okay I seriously eat at F2O way too much. Too, too much. I eat there so much that all the staff knows who I am, and what I’m going to order. Pros: The employees are all super great. I had a bad day a couple weeks ago, and one of the gals gave me a free bowl of mac and cheese to make me feel better. I also got a free drink for making a cashier laugh! The food is nearly always on point. Parking is a breeze, especially for this part of town. They have the BEST selection of drinks(I’m looking at you strawberry mint water, and pomegranate iced tea!). Cons: It’s so expensive, you guys. Like… I buy a salad with meat on it and leave a tip because I’m not an asshole, and then it’s a $ 14 meal that I had to order at the counter, and then I have to fill up my own drink. I know«fast casual» is the Next Big Thing but why does it have to cost so damn much? Apparently they have some sort of rewards program, but no one ever mentioned it – I discovered it while waiting in a very long, slow line the other day. I think you can probably order certain things to keep the price down, but then you still want to tip, right? I mean there’s a line for a tip, and the staff, as I said, is AMAZING so I don’t want to stiff them. I just always feel kinda resentful tipping for a meal I had to stand in line to order, you know?! Also, the music is usually super fast, loud techno that belongs in a spin class. I feel like I’m racing to finish my lunch, instead of enjoy the food I just spent a bunch of money on. Again, I get it! They want us in and out, and fast music is one of the tools they use to make sure we don’t linger. It’s just kinda off-putting. The soup, sandwiches, and salads I have had are all delicious. However! Every time I get a caesar, they forget something. Last time it was croutons, which are the best part. The most recent time, it was the dried tomatoes, which are the second best part. The ale-laced chicken tenders are SOOOGOOOOD, but sometimes they come out a leeeettle bit burned. Oh also, on my most recent caesar, some of the lettuce was turning kinda brown. Those kinds of complaints make me sound terrible, but when it’s a $ 14 salad it needs to be 100% on point! Overall I LOVE Fresh2Order. Love! If I didn’t, I would stop going after they disappointed me, but I don’t stop – I forgive them and go back because their food is delicious and the people are wonderful.

Fresh2Order is a local licensed Atlanta fast casual restaurant success story; it serves upscale fine food very fast and as per the company’s brand name it is all fresh to order! The ambiance is modern, hip & inviting and the staff at this location were extremely attentive and friendly. You see the fire grill in front of you as it is an open kitchen We ordered the calamari, sesame seared tuna with Asian coleslaw, ½ flame broiled chicken Mediterranean salad with lemon herb dressing(the dressing was made on site as evident by the fresh lemon juice and mint leaves that were in the saucer on the side!!!) along with the salmon grill with vegetables and salad; how much fresher than this can it get?! For drinks, you can have wine, hot beverages, coca cola junk from the fountain machine or you can opt For The healthier options like the cucumber water and specialty iced teas all made Fresh on site with unlimited refills. This is truly an upscale experience in an unpretentious fast casual format. Judging by the amazing quality of the food, ambiance and service; it is a true winner for many, many, many, comebacks; way to go F2O!!!

Can I say that I LOVEF2O! haha Great food at a reasonable price! So, at first I thought«oh. It’s an order at the front and sit down kind of place. I don’t know how good the food could be.» But, I was wrong! After a positive yet ecentric food rant from a friend, I decided to check it out. I got the chicken tenderloins that are dipped in ale, fried and presented with cheesy garlic mashed potatoes and a swirl of yummy BBQ sauce and honey mustard. They offer some of their plates at ¾ plate or full plate. My eyes were bigger than my stomach and ordered a full plate AND a side salad. It was a lot of delicious chicken, so I took a couple tenders home! Ha And the side salad was just $ 2 extra. Came with yummy cheese, candied nuts and a great balsamic vin dressing! And kids eat for $.99 Saturdays and Sundays! My son’s meal was a generous portion of the same chicken tenders, mac and cheese, carrots, a drink and a lollipop! Needless to say, he inhaled it all :) All the food is very well seasoned and priced reasonably. I’d say it’s about $ 15 per person on average. For us, two adults, plus beverages plus a $.99 for our son it was just over $ 30. Not bad for a Saturday night dinner. The place is child friendly. Trendy. Love the décor. Casual and homey with a little trend going on there. And there’s a great lemonade and tea selection! One lemonade that was on tap was a Mint and Star Anise. And there was also an Orange lemonade and pomegranate tea. yum!!! What’s not to like?! Go!!! :)
