I was disappointed by my trip to Full Cup. Chicken salad sandwich was cold and dry, pre-made and taken from a fridge. I wasn’t offered one freshly made so didn’t realize that was a possibility until reading these reviews; maybe the fresh sandwiches are better. The older woman behind the counter didn’t smile once; my friend and I later commented that we both felt uncomfortable. There are many establishments nearby that offer better food and service. I won’t return.

Bland, bland, bland. The sandwich was pre-made on dry bread and just the filling. I could see behind the counter that they are capable of making sandwiches on demand. Maybe it was the fact that it was noon on Monday that they weren’t ready yet — oh wait, that’s lunch time! Maybe it was the volume of customers — oh wait, there weren’t any others. For a supposed bakery, there wasn’t that bakery smell. I guess they made everything yesterday. I really hope they didn’t make the bread because it wasn’t that great.

Went her for late lunch today. I got chicken salad on walnut cranberry bread and it was AMAZING. I would definitely go back for it again. I got pimento cheese to go and it MAY be the best I have ever had. VERY good. Now why didn’t FC get 5 stars? Well, we are in the South and I would appreciate a SMILE or greeting when I am coming to spend my money in your restaurant. The older lady behind the counter seemed as if I was a bother to her. She did not ask if I wanted to make my sandwich a combo or anything(so I didn’t…). She also said she was out of oatmeal chocolate chip cookies when I asked for one with my meal(should could have opened the pack of 6 that were sitting on the counter). Oh well, at least I enjoyed my sandwich… Hopefully the customer service will be better next time.

I wanted to like this place — the reviews were good, it came highly recommended from a friend of mine, and it’s supposedly run by people open about their Christian faith. Barring the food being not fresh(i.e. not prepared on the spot) and the prices being outrageously high, I would’ve rated this place at least 2 – 3 stars. And yet, by my 1 star review, you can tell the unfortunate result. Between me and my friend, we ordered one and a half sandwiches(the 1.0 was the chicken salad sandwich) and the chicken tortilla soup. The sandwiches were pre-made and left in a refrigerated display case that made me think I was in a convenience store. My sandwich alone cost $ 7.50 and my friend’s half-sandwich and thimble-sized cup of soup cost $ 9.99. If these owners were Christian, I think confession of robbery is in order. To top it off, the sandwiches were very bland tasting. The only saving grace was the soup, but definitely not worth $ 4.50 for portions so meager even Tiny Tim would pass. If you like this place for its baked goods, I can’t say anything because we didn’t try it. But as for it’s lunch menu, you can go without me — as for me and my household, we will go to Chipotle down the street.

Stopped in for a chicken salad sandwich and it was good, but not great. She has them pre-made in the fridge and they don’t have lettuce or tomato, which is a bummer for me. The bread probably would have been better room temperature, but it still tasted fresh and very yummy. The chicken salad was solid, but nothing special. Still, this is a super cute spot and it smelled like heaven. I’d definitely recommend picking up a loaf or a baked good there, but for lunch it wasn’t anything I’d go back for. They’ve got a couple of tables inside and a few others out on the sidewalk, but it’s pretty much a grab and go place.

I’ve only tried the baked goods, but they were fresh, quite tasty, and healthy, too! I especially liked the cookies. YES — «healthy» cookies! …So, my review is very brief, but very positive! From what I was told, the bakers start working waaaay before the roosters ever THINK about crowing, so that every thing is fresh every day.

I loved everything about this place! The bread literally tasted like mom used to make! For under $ 8 half a basil chicken salad on cranberry walnut bread with chicken tortilla soup and a whole grain roll. All delicious! I will be back to try the other goodies!

What a great chicken tortilla soup they have! It is a very tiny but lovely place. I liked everything about this place, but the only thing I don’t like was how they pre-made sandwiches. Sure it will save them a lot of time, but it made me feel like getting a pre-made sandwich from a starbucks or something.

The nicest lady works here. She definitely got this place the 5th star. Cookies and muffins are healthy, dense, and flavorful. Great place to relax and stare out the window with a snack. Lady gave us some free energy bars because she insisted they were«so good.» She just got a loyal customer. The one thing that I would like to see is more coffee selection instead of just your basic coffee.

This place has amazing breads and cookies. I like to stock up and put the stuff in my freezer so that it doesn’t go bad. There’s really not much more to say except that you won’t be disappointed. SO good.

I Friggin’ love their bread, I would use another adjective but it would be a cuss work and they are christian based so will keep my words kosher… acceptable. And the bread is so healthy it helps you lose weight! Favorite is the Cinnamon Raisin loaf, and I get one almost every other week,. it has no preservatives so you go thru it fast. New location is across Johnny’s hideaway. please try it. I have not sat in for a meal but plan to in the next month

You really have to be told about this place in order to find it. I drove around the block a couple of times before I finally saw it. The first thing you should know is the bread. It’s obvious from all the sign-age in the restaurant that they put a lot of thought into making their bread: fresh whole grains, no processed anything, no extra sugar. They better watch out waving those whole grains around this close to the governor’s mansion or someone might turn them in as terrorists because this place is the bomb! Is it still considered a hippie terrorist liberal plot if it’s make you healthy? I went there to try the basil chicken salad, and I have to say this is some good chicken salad. I had the basil chicken salad with cranberry whole wheat. Man was it good. I really like fruit with my chicken salad, and the bread with the cranberries was really solid combination. I’ll also give kudos because most of the time pure chicken salad needs a little extra seasoning. This sandwich didn’t need anything extra all of the flavors worked together without tons of mayo. My favorite chicken salad is Phar Café and this place gives them a real run for their money. I’d still give them the edge because Phar Café includes side items in the form of yogurt roll and grapes. This makes it more of a complete meal which is my only criticism of full cup. But, it’s really close. As you can see I loved the chicken salad, but when I go back I gotta try the sharp cheddar pimento cheese sandwich. They had some samples at the door, and I think the best is yet to come from this place.

I stopped by Full Cup today and got a roasted vegetable pita. It had tomatoes, broccoli, squash, portabella mushrooms, yellow bell pepper, red onion, and spinach. It was delicious but made quite a mess with all the sesame seeds on the bread. They only have the roasted veggie pita on Monday’s and Thursday’s. The other sandwiches they have are basil chicken salad, tuna salad, egg salad, and pimento cheese. The sandwich was a tad expensive but big and very fresh. I will go back to this place!

I decided to try Full Cup because I wanted a change of pace from the typical processed deli-style lunch, and what a welcome change this was! I don’t know how they do it, but everything is 100% natural here — they mill their own flour to make fabulous homemade bread, cookies, and muffins. My basil chicken salad on cranberry walnut bread was to die for, and the soft oatmeal raisin cookie(yes, a whole grain cookie!) was just perfect. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, and the food was out of this world. I can’t wait to go back the next time I’m in Atlanta. I may even buy a few loaves of that delicious bread and a bag of homemade cranberry pumpkin muffins to take home!

This coffee and sandwich shop is a real find. It is behind Whole Foods in Buckhead and is a great alternative to Starbucks or SubWay. Great selection of organic breads(freshly baked every morning);sandwiches are huge and top quality – (you know what I mean, trimmed fat etc.) and muffins all day. About 10 tables inside and oustsde in the herb garden — great place to unwind away from the traffic. Remember to get there before 5PM if you are grabbing a sandwich or buying a load of bread for the evening.

This is a cute little Christian bookstore with jewelery, knick knacks, and sammiches. The homemade bread here is to die for. There is a specific kind(can’t remember the name) but it has beans in it– sounds weird but is excellent! You can buy different kinds by the loaf.
