I had a great experience! Went in on a Saturday afternoon and bought a sectional couch and box spring! Everything was delivered before noon on Sunday! I would recommend this place to friends!
The sales girl (Freyo or Tayo) was helpful and very nice.

This store location in Kennesaw is by far the worst furniture company I have ever dealt with. The franchise overall is HORRIBLE! We ordered a breakfast table and they sent the wrong chairs to begin with. They refused to pick them up and they said that they would charge us a delivery fee if they did pick them up… even though it was their fault. We dropped them off and they re ordered the chairs and said they would arrive 2 days later. They ordered the wrong chairs and re ordered the «correct» chairs. After a week of calling them every single day, they said the company doesn’t make the «right» chairs for that specific table. They didn’t even have the decency to call us to inform us. All we can do now is exchange the whole set for a new one and pay the difference. Basically, they said we can’t return it because of their so called strict policy of ripping customers off and we would have to pay a new delivery fee all over again because of their careless mistakes. So we have to pay more money because they messed up? I don’t think so. Don’t waste your time by going there!!! You will get ripped off big time.

It should be ZERO star. To make a long story short Please save yourself a headache and take your money to a more professional establishment that knows the meaning of customer service. (I ordered a 6 piece dinning set)…1.Delivered one piece short and one piece damaged…2 on the second delivery brought the missing piece and another damaged piece and on top of that knocked off and broke my mailbox. I immediately called and took pictures the lady I spoke to said they will send someone to repair it, three days later a very rude manager Anthony in Kennesaw store said driver said he did not do that, so basically called me a liar they will not take responsibility for their actions and now it’s been over a month and a half and I still don’t have all my furniture… BEWARE all 3 stores are owned by the same person That you are never allowed to talk to they hide behind their RUDE managers
