You guys owe me $.38 The cashier was rude, told me she had no change and she was only going g to give me whole dollars. I was in a hurry and did t have time to stop elsewhere. What kind of business doesnt have change for customers? I’m not letting this go… message me for details of where you can send me my money.

Stopped by at about 915pm on Thursday June 9th for coffee and cold drinks. My daughters friend was asked«what do you want» in a very condescending tone. She asked for a white chocolate mocha. We were told to wait one minute. No problem. I asked for two fraps. I was told the machine was down. Again no problem. So we decided to leave to find another coffee restaurant. On our way back past this establishment, they stared us down and called us names. Really? These women need to be counseled on customer service or fired. There were no customers at this place and now I know why. Very rude employees. Do not give your money to this company. Management needs a better screening process of their so called employees. I’m sure these two believe they’re worth $ 15 an hour. They’re not worth a dime!!! Not worth the star I had to select to finish this review.

The coffee is good, the pastries/bakery products look fine. The service, however is horrible.

I was the only customer in line shortly before 2:00pm on a busy Friday in the Atlanta Airport. Three women were standing behind the cash register. I said, «Is this where I order?» Nobody acknowledged me. I asked again, «Is this where I order?» Nobody looked up or acknowledged me. I said, «Excuse me, is this where I order?» and one woman(standing in the back) said«yes.» The woman directly at the cash register did not look at me. Did not look up. Had a smirk on her face. I stared at her for 10– 15 seconds then decided that I did not want to drink a coffee made by such a place, and walked away. The woman at the register who did not look up at me ATALL was wearing a black wrap around her head. In case someone in management reads this, that is the woman who absolutely refused to even establish eye contact with the ONLY customer in line who had arrived at the D concourse tired and just needing a cup of coffee before a long trip. I walked to the other end of the concourse and ordered a cofee from a competitor. Chris

Food looks good and is pretty good. Coffee is not bad. Signs do not match offerings. Specialty espresso based coffees only show one size but they apparently have two– great, just be clear. Also there are options not on the menu. The lady in line in front of me wanted a vanilla latte, but the sign did not show it… of course they have one and she asked politely but the staff acted like she had not been to a coffee shop before. Also, they ask for your name but call you by item, not name, so confusion and yelling ensues. Great ambiance and good stuff, but bad customer service, at least on this visit.

Well, the iced coffee is pretty good, but their lemon loaf is bland. Not sure anyone would expect amazing food at the airport, but I was expecting at least a little better.

WTF? How clueless are these people? Every sandwich in the case is labeled ‘Harvest Grounds’. Have you EVER thought to label them what they actually are? Perhaps ‘Turkey and Swiss’ or ‘Roast Beef’?? Ten people in line in a BUSY airport trying to figure out what the $&!! is for sale in the sandwich case. Do your customers AND yourselves a favor and fix this. No one has ever heard of(or cares about) ‘Harvest Grounds’. Bless you. :)

First trip at this little coffee shop hidden away on Concourse D near Gate 9. Go visit it’s really pretty good. The decaf coffee is sort of weak but good. The music is awesome. Oh, the knives used for cream cheese spreads is like using a noodle. There is no substance to the knife and that may be due to TSA. It makes spreading the cream cheese extremely difficult. But go visit anyway.

Harvest + Grounds is a comfortable place to get some work done while watching the employee circus. The first employee takes orders, but did not pass the coffee portion of the order along, and only grabbed the baked goods. The two macaroons I purchased were very very stale. Then the cashier took my coffee order(again). After two other customers, I finally tell the ‘barista’ about my drink. She starts my Americano, while poorly juggling a mocha and iced tea. She added sugar to the iced tea because«no one should be drinkin unsweetened tea». The iced tea customer was appalled. There was milk EVERYWHERE. Oh… what a sight. As soon as the manager arrived, the staff became friendlier and pretended to work harder. While I sat and worked for a good hour, the staff would sit next to me and air their dirty laundry. How unprofessional! I did enjoy my coffee and watching this train wreck. However, I probably won’t be back.

You’d think at 9 am, the pastries would be freshly made. This is not the case here. Old, stale reheated cheese Danish. Yuck.

If this normally observant girl would have checked the Unilocal reviews she might not have stopped here. Instead I just paid $ 8.25 for Oregon Chai tea liquid added to hot water(diluting the flavor) and a teeny tiny croissant that would be better served as a doorstop. Why do lessens learned seem to involve tasteless calories and $ that could have been spent attempting to win a lottery(the risk being more worth the food/bev). Sighhh… well at least its got inviting seating and a TV to watch the perils of the world. And hey, I dont mind throwing a shout-out to customer service, the first girl smiled getting me the croissant, and the cashier handed me my change with a «thank you»

Beware! Breakfast sandwiches are pre made and heated. My sandwich was to have included bacon, maybe– I’m still looking for it. Opened my decaf coffee to let it cool, noticed that my cup was far from full and asked the manager to fill it to the rim(I drink it black so I don’t need room for cream). He said large decafes are only 20 ounces but are put in 24 ounce cups. By the way there are no sizes on the menu, just prices. I got all of this for $ 9.27– wow, I’m I lucky to have chosen this place on the fly. Never again. Flyers spend your money elsewhere.

I’m compelled to write a review for this place for one reason, Avril! This was the closest coffee place to where I was waiting and the coffee is pretty good and a reasonable price. Avril was the best part of this place, she greeted me with a smile and asked how I was, and a lot of people need that when they are going to or coming from a flight, or simply waiting. Avril had a way of making me feel like she actually cared about how I was, she kept a smile on her face and was extremely polite. Give this girl a raise!

Very quick breakfast and coffee. Ladies working 9÷24÷15 were so friendly. Such a nice thing after a 9 hr flight thru the night. Made the brief stay in Atlanta better.

This is a nice little hangout spot in the Hartsfield Airport. It has the usual assortment of bakery fare such as coffee, tea, pastries, etc. I got an iced tea with a chocolate croissant. The tea was refreshing, and the croissant was also pretty good. No problems there. However the greatest thing about this place was that it had great customer service and tons of outlets to plug your electronics into. This was great, especially given that I really needed to charge up my phone, and given that I was having an extremely stressful day, it was great to have such a great staff ham it up with their weird sense of humor.

Not bad for an airport place. Bakery fare, salads, sandwiches, coffee drinks, wine and beer. The chicken Caesar salad I had was small but very fresh and tasty. They pour some decent wines(Clos du Bois for one) and have some ok beers. Tables have power plugs thoughtfully installed. The service staff were super nice and accommodating.

Stopped by on my way from D terminal to Concourse C and grabbed an espresso and muffin for the road. Delicious. Also a very nice spot for an airport. If I ever have a layover in D I’ll hang out there. Also the staff was very upbeat.

The place is cramped and crazy. I needed caffeine. Got a hazelnut latte as a treat, took two sips and threw it away. It was coffee flavored hazelnut syrup. Also a little funny, the coffee is not fresh. It’s served out of the automated gas station machines and EXPENSIVE. Hit up Sbux on your way over. Gross!

I had a 7 am flight out of Delaware that brought me to Terminal D in the Atlanta airport. Since the Delaware airport had nothing but vending machines, and I didn’t want to drink the shit coffee on the plane, I was absolutely desperate for coffee and breakfast when I landed at 9 am in Atlanta. I walked out of my gate, made a right, and started searching for coffee. Seeing the Harvest + Grounds sign was like an oasis to me. I ran with open arms to get my caffeine fix and to stave off my impending headache, and as I was waiting in line I spied a chocolate croissant. I ordered my coffee and croissant, which I was offered to have warmed up. Once I dressed up my coffee with cream and sugar and took my first sip, I was in heaven. Coffee has never, ever tasted so good. When I bit into my chocolate croissant and the chocolate goodness came rushing out from the folds of the flaky pastry, I nearly died. I was so overcome with happy satisfaction that I could have broken down and sobbed. Needless to say, I am now having dreams of that delicious chocolate croissant. I’ll be making a special trip to acquire that tasty coffee and pastry next time I land in Atlanta.

Nicely decorated establishment with good coffee. So, why only 2 stars? Misleading pricing /unethical tactic to get more of your money. The menu indicates the price of coffee is $ 2.20. The cashier charged me $ 3.58. When I confronted her, she simply replied«oh! did the sign messed up again?». Totally unapologetic and didn’t attempt to correct the mistake. She went on to explain the price on the sign is for decaf coffee. Regular coffee is normally $ 3.58. What!!! I’m paying $ 1.38 for caffeine? that’s ore than 60% of the coffee price… The quality of coffee is the only saving grace.
