The worse dry cleaning ever! They don’t know how to treat their costumers. I gave them my comforter to get dry cleaned and when I got it back it had a huge whole. I went back claiming them to fix the whole and they did a terrible work!!! They are SUPER expensive and really bad. Please DON’T trust them! They are the worse. The lady even told me that it was my fault that the comforter got ripped!!!

If you don’t say your request clearly, you will be overcharged. Especially when you drop off several shirts… Be careful!

I tried this place because co-workers recommended it. I had small, light stains on my dress shirt that i had been able to get most of it off and hoped they could finish the job. They warned that they may not be able to because neither of us knew what the stain was from but I still expected them to get it off considering I was able to get most of it off myself. I was disappointed they couldn’t do it and then i found out it would cost $ 5 for a shirt. Maybe it was cause they had to use special cleaners to get the stains off or something but $ 5 is very excessive

Second most expensive dry cleaner I’ve used in Atlanta. $ 14 to dry clean a knee-length cocktail dress. Seriously? Well, I was in a rush, and it does have a quick turn-around time of 2 days, so I ended up dropping off my dress here. In addition to the price, I dislike the fact that the lady at the counter did not think it was necessary to identify stains with a neon sticker. However the dress did come back clean, ironed, and without any stains.

2013EDIT: I’ve returned and been a happy customer for the last 2 years. Revising my previous rating since it’s under new management. I have been here twice since it it closer to my office than my normal dry cleaner. The first trip I had wrinkles pressed into my clothes and the lady was pretty rude to me. I had a bad impression but figured I would give it another try. What a mistake. The 2nd time, I was originally told it would be ready Thursday at 5pm when I dropped it off Tuesday at 8:45am. I was not happy with the turnaround time but figured I was already there, so oh well. Thursday at 6pm: «Sorry, we had some problems and your clothes won’t be ready until the morning. Come by at 8am or after and you can get them.» Friday at 8:30am: «So there are half your clothes, the rest won’t be here until later today». So it essentially took her a week to do my dry cleaning, all while being rude and unfriendly. Avoid this establishment at all costs — I will never be returning.
