This was the first LB store I visited in Atlanta after moving back in 2010. They had amazing customer service then, but sadly, that has waned as LB has shifted employees around or gotten rid of people. I think things really suffered under the leadership of the last manager before the current one. She was a short, stocky woman who seemed very masculine — not at all someone I’d expect to find in a plus size women’s clothing store. She was incredibly rude, condescending, and unworkable. Customer service was severely non-existent when she was there. It was so bad that at one point, I asked a sales associate who has been there for a long time what days that manager didn’t work and then I would only go in on those days. LOL! There’s a new manager now and customer service seems to be getting better. The store has a lot of options, so it does seem a little crowded, but variety is good. Management and the sales associates seem to understand LB policies and procedures, but they don’t know how to bend the rules to keep long time customers. All in all, the shopping experience is okay. It could be better if LB would do something to keep their employees happy rather than suffering from high turnover and train their employees better on customer service.

This was one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. The girls were rude and not very helpful! I have shopped at the howell mill location many times and they are very nice there. I would recommend going to that location. It will be a much better experience.
