I love McDonald’s this location was closest to my gate. Food was hot and fresh. The restaurant itself seemed clean. They only lose a star as the wait was very very long and their customers were aggravated. The amount of people waiting for food was longer than those ordering. I am sure it scared away prospective customers that didn’t want to miss their flight.

Missed my flight and all I want is McDonalds. The A 7 McD tells me they are closing for 20 min due to staffing and airport employees tell me this happens every night! Wow this sucks!

For an airport Mickey D’s the experience was high quality. Fresh, hot fries accompanied by mouthwatering Big-Mac. My request for a side of the zesty Big Mac sauce was accepted without a second thought. Wait time was low and staff friendly. I decried to chase my meal with a cup of traditional black coffee, which was satisfying. I’ll be back.

Nothing special. Breakfast was okay. Egg McMuffin and hash browns tasted like they’d been sitting around for awhile. This surprised me since it was 5:30am and they had only recently opened. Orange juice tasted watered down. Better than starving I suppose…

I was rushed for time and hungry. My flight was boarding in 30 minutes, so I decided to stop by the McDonald’s at Terminal A for a sausage egg McMuffin meal. I’m a loyal drinker of Starbucks, but I needed caffeine and my beloved seller of premium roast coffee and specialty lattes was nowhere to be found. So, I settled. I ordered the value meal which includes a small coffee. Long story short, the cashier decided I needed to upsize my coffee without asking and charged me extra. Trickery! Now although I needed a «pick me up,» I do not enjoy McDonald’s coffee enough to order anything other than a small! I DID say I’m a consumer of my beloved Starbucks. I’m done. Back to sipping this mediocre coffee. Oh, my sausage egg McMuffin was hot and delicious. Hash brown? I’ve never been a fan. But I love their fries.

Word McDonald’s ever. Want cream or milk for your coffee get ready to pay for it. You have to order a whole container of milk. This is a first for McDonald’s Oh yea. Forget service with a smile.

I walked down to gate A10 to get mcd’s. To lazy to walk back to qdoba’s in the food court. Menu is half a$$. No wraps and one choice for the artisan. Cashier pretty much ignored me when I started to ask questions, rolled her eyes. Airport McDonald’s, can’t expect more. Take the trip to the food court. This is a mcd’s lite at best.

This is the McDonalds in the food court in terminal E. I worked in that terminal for years, long before it ever opened. Im retired now but still fly a lot and end up eating there from time to time. I was there again in late October 2015 and still nothing has changed, its a total disaster. There are lines but the cords in the lines are always all out of whack and there is total lack of control of the line up process. Sometimes there are 2 order takers on the right, and sometimes one. When one just bails out of the position they never adjust the lines, just leave folks to fend for themselves. At times they open an order taking position on the north side also, but that is off and on and they dont have signage for that line. People gather in the middle to wait for their food. If you order just a drink you still wait forever. A «normal» McDonalds can easily process just a drink order, but this one cant. Your order waits for everyone else who ordered whole loads of stuff. They pile drinks in the middle and often mess up or forget the drinks or give the wrong one. The staff here also dont seem to have a clue how to deal with the public. For most it’s probably their first job. In all fairness, its hard to get people to go through what they need to get out here and work for what they do. It’s also a very busy place and Im sure turnover is high. However if a company like McDonald’s puts their name on this operation they should really look into how it works but they dont seem to as its been a disaster forever and still is.

Don’t honor menu pricing, DOLLARMENU clearly posted. More staff than service. Behind the counter looks filthy. Didn’t appear to have a manager present, staff arguing with other customers and each other. Big disappointment when in a hurry and between flights.

Convenience and cheap. I was in a rush and needed something to drink to take on the plane. Ooomph! There it is! Large Coke and I’m good to go!

Long wait, food somehow isn’t very hot. Staff is curt and unfriendly. It’s McDonald’s, so the food is the same as any other McDonald’s, and still they mess it up.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Extremely limited selection, inflated prices, inattentive employees. No ketchup? Really is 2 cents of sugar and tomato paste breaking this chain to the extent that they won’t include it with your order or even ask if you want some. For my money I’ll go to 5 Guys.

Didn’t plan on ending up here, haha. Late night in ATL airport and nothing else was open. Grabbed an order of fries and they were as good as I remember form the last time I’d had McD’s years ago. They are quick and accurate with my order. Wish there was more to share!

Ordered a cheeseburger Happy Meal and the food was tepid. I despise it when my burger and fries aren’t piping hot. At least the bag of sliced apples weren’t bitter as is often the case when I order these kids’ meals in airports. Plus, this location didn’t seem to have that usual airport premium overcharge for menu items.

Stopped by to grab a medium Iced Caramel Mocha Latte when in transit through Atlanta International Airport Concourse A. Like all other restaurants they too were very busy dealing with the early morning rush hour so it took almost 10 minutes to get a simple drink. Thankfully it was made almost perfectly so will have no problem in returning when transiting through this airport again.

One of the worst sausage egg mcmuffins that I’ve had, blergh. I love Micky Dees, but the english mufffin on this one was so dry and a bit hard… Not what I’m usually used to from their other establishments. I got the combo for $ 5.13. Hashbrown tasted different as well from what I’m used to. A little oilier and saltier(i’m likely comparing to the Canadian franchises since I am from there). The orange juice was pretty big, as expected from America: P upsized drinks!

I came here while on a layover in Atlanta because there weren’t many great options for food and I didn’t have a lot of time to really go find something else. The workers seemed to have a bit of an attitude and there were 2 lines but it wasn’t entirely obvious and they weren’t happy that us patrons couldn’t figure it out. I went with the chicken nuggets and fries and I was pretty pleased. The fries were as tasty as I remembered and the chicken nuggets actually tasted like real chicken.

This is an easy review to do. I ordered an Egg McMuffin sandwich after my flight from LA to Atlanta because I was starving. As I’m eating my Egg McMuffin, I get about half way through and then *CRUNCH*. Yup, that’s right folks… Egg shells(plural because there were multiple pieces) were in my sandwich and pieces in my mouth. I spit out all my food. At this point, I don’t want to even bother eating anymore because I see that’s there’s egg shells all up in my breakfast! I didn’t bother even telling them. Why? 1) Well, I was annoyed that my breakfast was ruined. 2) I was paranoid that even if I got a replacement, I would encounter the same thing. 3) My appetite was gone with the wind at this point. 4) The main reason was the large crowds of travelers swarming the McDonald’s. It was already a hot mess when I ordered around 7AM. I’m sure so much time had passed that there were more people ordering and picking food since more flights were arriving. It was sure to be even more crazy. On the upside, the girl that took my order was friendly given that it was so early in the morning. So, I appreciated that. Anyways… McDonald’s, I happily throw money at you for your breakfast all the time because the hash browns are my weakness. However, this was totally unacceptable and disgusting. Egg shells are no bueno!

Quick line, slow wait… they had three registers open and a long line to queue into, and the order was swift, but waiting on a medium fry and a Sprite took a lot longer than expected. Also the numbers aren’t all sequential so people were getting confused. Was each register given it’s own # to start with? I had 497, someone else had 344, and a third person had 112. I can tell you there weren’t a couple hundred people lined up at the same time.

A went to this McDonalds because I got to my gate very early and had time for a quick bite. When I approached this place, the line was very long(about 10 people deep). I thought I was going to wait for a while but the line moved very fast. In less than 5 minutes I was ordering. The employees were fast and very nice. After you ordered you moved to the side where there were 2 employees calling out your number with the food. They have an efficient system with everyone being super friendly. The food was good, just like any McDonald’s restaurant. If I’m ever at this terminal again I’m going to come back.
