Very slow and their attitude is indifferent for patients WITH appointments waiting over two hours passed their appointment time. No apologies or even an attempt at being congenial or appreciative for waiting two hours longer than our appointment time. After being seen for my visit, which was for a simple x-​ray that took all of 10 minutes. We checked out. I felt really bad for the patients who came in as walk-​ins. Three hours later, we finally left. We only came here thru a doctor’s referral. We will not be back here again.

If you want to wait two hours for your appointment, and have the receptionist tell you every half hour that it will just be half an hour longer, or 10 minutes longer, go to Diagnostic Imaging of Atlanta. If you have nothing better to do during your day than wait in their lobby, go there. However, if you have things to do during your day, don’t waste your time here. Having had six MRIs over the years, I used to go to HealthSouth or Piedmont and never waited longer than 20 minutes. I will never go to this place again.
