She is extremely professional yet manages to connect with her clients personally. I loved her service. I get keratin done every 3 – 4 months. This was the first time when I got it done from her. She was so gentle and the way she put keratin chemical on my hair, for the first time my eyes weren’t watery. Gonna go back to her next time too!

Great service! Great attitude! Monique Kincaid is truly concerned with healthy hair. She cares for your hair and still manages to get services completed in a timely manner.
Monique was able to schedule appointments for me and my daughter the Saturday before Easter with just a few days notice. She tackled both our natural hair styles and transformed our hair into healthy, silk pressed styles after hydration bonnet, tops quality conditioning products and educational tips for hair maintenance.
Truly great experience and will definitely return.
