Not a good place to shop when they only have a store credit to offer you if you want to return something. Products are not as good as they used to be and service is only good from a few that work there. This was my very last purchase from them due to their shabby sneaky return policy!

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AT ALL FOR ANY REASON. Make sure you are one hundred percent certain that you want to keep what you are buying, because they will not accept returns. They give a store credit only. This whole policy makes buying a gift there a very risky proposition. Personally, I will never buy a Mont Blanc product again because of my experience here.
