I really wanted to like this place, good pedicure but it’s the worst gel mani I’ve ever gotten. I would’ve had someone redo it if I had the time but it’s uneven and just totally horrible. I would rather have nothing on my nails.

As I am still trying to find a quality nail salon while living in Buckhead I stumbled across this place. My first time visiting I received a terrible full set of nails with horrible shaping and a lumpy acrylic job done by an old lady whom I’m assuming took walk ins that didn’t know any better as far as who was good at what. I hated my nails when I left. 2 weeks later I went back for a 2nd try but this time I was determined to get serviced by one of the ladies that seemed more skilled at what I wanted. I received a pedicure and a gel fill in(total cost $ 76.00) not bad. Pedicure was great and my fill in was ok(it’s no way she could completely fix the botch job the old lady did but she tried) I was OK with my service tipped $ 20 and went on my way. 2 days later 2 nails broke without any effort so I went back to have repairs because this is an obvious bad acrylic application and totally on them. I get charged another $ 10 after just spending $ 962 days prior especially after I clearly show you where the acrylic was cracked. I would’ve continued to go here because it is a reasonably priced place but that took the cake especially when all of my services had been very mediocre thus far.

Stopped in during rush hour on Friday evening. I enjoyed the time taken with my service. The salon was clean, I got SNS which was done awesomely. My nails look nice and natural. I’ll definitely be back!

just got a gel mani and if I didn’t have an appt in 20 min I would have asked for it to be redone. even the woman checking me out looked at it in disbelief. no shiny topcoat, she filed the color off the tips and left plenty of color around my cuticles and on my fingers. never again.

I love this place! My friend brought me some time back and I have not stopped coming. They are detailed, good and the environment is always clean and friendly. It’s about 2 miles from my home so that makes it extremely convenient for me… I most recently received a manicure where they used the OPI infinite shine polish and I’m so far very excited with the out come!

I come to new nails occasionally for a mani-pedi and they are always able to take me without appointment and the staff is wonderful. The pedicure is heavenly and they don’t skimp on leg messages or sugar scrubs. I’ve never had a bad experience, my mother has been coming to this location since I was in elementary school. Highly recommended!

Now they’re talkin! Place is super clean, new chairs look amazing! Can’t wait to try them out. Came for a eyebrow and lip wax. They took me right away and took their time. Wasn’t rushed at all. Felt extremely relaxed and almost fell asleep. Their color selection looks improved; lots of Essie colors which are my favotie. Will try them again. The ladies there are incredibly nice, and place looks improved.

Ok first off this is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been too in my LIFE… Stopped in on Christmas Eve and thought I would give it a try. I was headed out of town the following day for Christmas & Bday so I wanted my nails to be cute. Instead me and my guy friend received the worst pedicure ever!!! It was quick and not a soothing pedi especially for the price. Now I have been to nail shops before that were quant and all but it was like everything I was lightly saying to my friend she would look up… So if your looking for non mosey nail techs this is not your place. The owner allows her dog to roam around the shop and bark at the door while getting a pedicure which is just flat out annoying!!! As far as my nails which was done by the owner beyond messy and uneven. I had polish all in my cuticles. When I walked in the door I initially I showed her a simple pic of light pink square nails with a few sparkles & diamonds on them… Ummmmmm I walked out the door with oval turquoise nails??? Like when was she gonna let me know she couldn’t do what she initially said she would do. Waiting till she had my nails filed down to tell me to pick something else. Overall ladies this place is dirty and has sloppy work. If you are looking for a nice nail salon that does great work which I should have stuck with but wanted to be spontaneous and try a new place then try posh nails in buckhead!

Not too busy on Saturday afternoon and nothing to write home about for a $ 35 mani-pedi.

1st of all I am not 1 to complain but 25 $ i paid for the worst pedi it was basically just a polish because that was all she did & a trim! Awful so disappointed!

Once was just all I needed to know that I won’t be back. I went in on a Saturday and by Monday my polish was chipping away. This is a huge decision factor for me. I at least want to pay for a polish and it last more than a few days. I’m still a little confused as to how this could have happened since the nail tech put on like 4 layers of clear polish. My first thought was, that’s a little much but then I was willing to give it a try because I figured the more polish the longer it would last. To my dismay, this was not the case. On another note, the shop was surprisingly empty for the middle of a Saturday which is a big deal especially when you have other things going on on the weekend. I got in and out which is also a plus. They are very pricey, so be warned. I paid $ 11 for a re-polish! Re-polish! That’s all I went in for and the polish that I paid way too much for didn’t even last.

If I wasn’t already in the middle of a pedicure, I’d never venture into here for any service. While I was getting my pedicure, the owner’s dog scurried into the towels used for the manicurists. They became all discheveled, and fell out onto the floor. One of the manicurists that wasn’t busy, saw this and picked them up, folded them and put them back. UGH!!! I don’t have anything against pets, but there’s a time and a place. Having them free roam the establishment, is not the sort of clenliness I expect in a salon/service environment. The manicure/pedicure was good enough, but for hygiene, I’d could do no more worse in Saigon.

What a delightful little place! The décor here is so pleasant from the clouds hanging off the ceiling to the shop mascot Benji, an adorable and very well behaved Yorki terrier. I went in for a full set of acrylic nails and was promptly seated by Teresa(the owner I believe) who was quite gracious and very quick. Once my acrylic was set she handed me over to Lisa to finish the job. She was very nice and meticulous in her work. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone. Everyone there was friendly, the place was clean, and it was just an all around comfortable environment. It was a little more than I’m used to paying($ 35 + tip) but that’s okay, I’d still go back, I don’t mind paying more for great service.

I’m a dedicated woman. And that means I’ll never stray. I will always stay true to New Nails. Not only do the women here give the most outstanding manicures and pedicures, they’re nice while they do it and don’t speak another language in front of you the entire time … just for a little bit of it, which is a better deal than most other places I’ve experienced. Manicure and spa pedicure for $ 32. Consider me happy.
