I did not find this surgeon kind or compassionate. Perhaps he is skilled surgically, but his bedside manner was not as I expected. He did not explain things clearly to me, and was condescending in his manner.
Also, he does not accept insurance, all the risk is absorbed by the patient. I don’t think that is necessary unless charges are far above the reasonable fee, and he is. I am not opposed to paying a premium most especially when it comes to my health, but this was certainly not a premium experience.
I would not recommend him.

Dr. Nezhat is a brilliant surgeon who is very skilled in minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures. His specialties are gynecology, fertility and endocrinology. For those suffering from pelvic pain due to endometriosis or adhesive scar tissue, Dr. Nezhat is the one to see. He goes above and beyond to accommodate his patients to ensure the best of care. He performs surgery at Northside Hospital where he is very well known and respected as one of the top surgeons in his field. I highly recommend Dr. Ceanna Nezhat for your 1^st and second opinions! His caring demeanor and excellent diagnostic skills set him apart from other docs.

This doctor only cares about money. At first everyone will seem nice. They will do everything to accommodate you until they get their first surgery. A few months later your desease will be back and they start being rude and won’t file to your insurance anymore. Expect to wait 2 to 3 hours past ur appointment to see him. And expect to pay upwards of 500 dollars a visit even if u have insurance. It’s all about getting a surgery out of you and your done. Staff is extremely rude. You will feel robbed coming here
