Not only has my range of motion greatly improved and pain almost eliminated in my shoulders (frozen shoulder, tear in rotator cuff, and a pinched nerve in the neck) and arms, I am doing strength training! After two months the improvements were so remarkable, that I could actually see light at the end of a painful tunnel WITHOUT surgery.
