Papa John’s Pizza

If I could give zero stars I would. Tried to order a pizza to a hotel nearby and the lady that answered the phone wouldn’t take the order without an address. Nobody ordering to an airport hotel knows the exact address of their hotel. I told the lady I was at the airport hotel, only one of the brand around, and she wouldn’t take my order, she hung up on me. Called back to talk to the manager and the manager had the same attitude as the other original. I will never give Papa Johns my money again, too bad, I liked their pizza.

Wasn’t NY but it was good. I ordered online, I called to get an ETA and it was on it’s way. Confirmation 751 arrived 817 way to go metro papa! I had a medium 3 topping and cinna pie. Wasn’t gourmet but good for what it’s worth. I always order online because you can get side items for cheaper and they always have deals on pizza. Spend 15 get a free pie at a later date so I went with that. Ended up spending 21 with delivery fee tip. Good phone service and delivery guy was polite. Though, I added a note for him online and it was not relayed. Cinna pie had a good enough amount of icing thankfully but was a bit overcooked

The worst customer service ever. I try to give them a chance over and over but I’m done. Every time I call I end up talking to someone who acts like they have no common sense. I feel like it’s the same guy and he makes me repeat everything I say over at least 3 times. I have to say everything in slow motion for him and he repeats it in slow motion. This time I called we spent 10 minutes on the phone and I haven’t even ordered the food yet I told him never mind and that I would take my business else where! Like seriously are you that slow?

So pizza was ok. Driver was worthless didn’t have a pen, napkins or anything wasn’t even in a warmer.

i usually order carryout at dominos. but didn’t have the time or energy to go out due to pregnancy. so i ordered from here. WOW What a major mistake. They arrived 1hr 35minutes after ordering. Than the driver has the audacity to expect a tip! Yeah, sure heres a tip GET LOST. I didn’t say that to him but i did ask why so late.” umm i don’t know”. Later that evening i’m in my front yard and i see he has thrown trash in our drive way (the receipt &other paper) totally unprofessional establishment. Top it off pizza was cold. Gave it to the local stray dogs.

I normally order from my online acct. today I decided to come to the store. We’ll see how long the wait is…

I ordered a pizza at 9:36 pm and waited and waited and my pizza did not come till almost 11:45 really bad service do not go.

I had ordered from here with little trouble occasionally before, but the service is the pits now. I ordered online two weeks ago and was given a delivery time of 30 – 45 minutes. I got a call 15 minutes later that they were out of the cheese cups I wanted. That’s cool, they were going to give me a credit since I’d paid online. He said he was leaving in 15 minutes. They called back again for some reason that I can’t remember. An hour and a half after ordering, I called back and finally got to talk to the manager. He said the online always says 30 – 45, even when delivery time is actually 90 minutes. The driver was supposedly on his way, but they’d give me a free pizza next time (after I pointed out the dude an hour before had said he was leaving in 15 minutes). Fair enough, guy got there, said he had car problems. No worries.
Called back tonight, ordered my free pizza, and added on breadsticks and three cheese cups. She said «regular or parmesan» and I said «parmesan.» She said «Your total is $ 4.86.» I said «Wait, for breadsticks, cheese cups AND delivery charge?» And she said yes ma’am. Well, she had called the manager over, so I just figured they had thrown in the breadsticks for free after last time. Awesome. She said 90 minutes, no big deal. Driver gets there in less than an hour … with the pizza and cheese cups. There were no breadsticks on the receipt. So I tipped him and sent him on his way.
I called back to the store and got a busy signal. Called back, was put on hold. Stayed on hold for 22 minutes before hanging up. Called back. They answered, said «do you mind holding» then put me on hold before I could even answer. They finally picked up after another 15 minutes on hold and I explained the situation. I told them I didn’t mind paying for the breadsticks, as I had planned on paying for them the first time. So now it’s ANOTHER 90 minutes before I’ll see my breadsticks. That’s 11 p.m. for an order I placed at 7:56 p.m.
Why is it a big deal? I never eat the pizza fresh. The breadsticks are my dinner, and pizza is lunch and dinner for the next 2 – 3 days. So I still have not eaten.
Beware this store. I don’t really have a choice as no other restaurant in Atlanta will deliver to Sylvan Hills…

This is good pizza if you want to stay on the South/​West side (close to Capitol View).
Pizza ready in 10 minutes and you can save a few bucks off the price if you pick it up and by Googling «papa johns coupons» you can also fine some pretty good deals (if you order it on-​line).
Thin crust makes all their pizza’s taste better.
