Personal Touch

This is a good cleaner! I had a batch of shirts and pants that needed some serious cleaning. Personal Touch is around the corner, so I decided to give them a shot. They did not disappoint.
My shirts were impeccably cleaned. The staff also made sure to hang them such that the sleeves wouldn’t get wrinkled in transit or while waiting for pickup. This is something that a lot of cleaners miss when they just hang the shirts and let them sit. The collars were clean, and a few stubborn stains were gone.
The pants were also cleaned well. They didn’t have any stains like the shirts, but I would assume they could do an equally good job if necessary. The pants were nicely folded.
The prices are reasonable. I felt that the shirts were a bargain while the pants were a little on the expensive side, so it evens out. They were quick to drop-​off and pick-​up, which is nice if you are stopping by at lunch or something.
I had to remove one star because I was told (and my receipt confirmed) that my clothes would be cleaned the next day by 5:00 PM. When I arrived around 6:30 PM, I was told that some of the shirts weren’t ready. I had to make a second trip the next day. This isn’t a big deal for me because I don’t live far away. However, I am kind of a stickler for punctuality, so this bothered me a bit. I even said when I dropped them off that I could get them a few days later if necessary and they assured me that they would be ready next-​day.

Nayeli at Personal Touch Cleaners goes above and beyond in delivering customer satisfaction. I was visiting for a Business trip and one of the hooks in my trouser came loose and along with providing a great quote for my normal laundry, she tailored the hook for free. And she look quite surprised when I wanted to pay for her additional service!
This is my go to laundry service anytime I am in Atlanta.

Love this place! Service is always fast and friendly, and I’ve never been dissatisfied with the way my clothes have been cleaned. The also boast being an environmentally friendly dry-​cleaner. They offer tailoring as well, but I haven’t used it.
Shortly after giving birth to my daughter, I came in to pick up some clothes and had her in the car seat with me. They carried my clothes out to my car for me, so I didn’t have to try to carry her & the clothes! That was very unexpected and very considerate. I don’t take my clothes any where else.
