I have purchased several beautiful pieces of jewelry from Pia over the years! My husband recently surprised me with a bracelet that is so unique and gorgeous that also came from Pia! He told me he decided on the spur of the moment to take a look at the jewelry they had and when he found this bracelet, he knew I would like it! He said that the sales lady did not pressure him to buy it, but was very helpful in showing him a variety of choices. I love the one he picked out for me and will enjoy wearing it. Thanks to the people who helped him make such a lovely choice!

I was introduced to this store by a co-​worker. The store is clean and the owner is very welcoming when interested in purchasing. I was impressed with some of their silver and how clean and shiny they appear under the bright lights. I shared the ring I liked with my husband, so he purchased– $$ 298 sterling silver. Well, I went back to ask for a smaller size and was told I couldn’t, plus there is NO REFUND– Store Credit Only! After a couple of conversations they re-​ordered the ring for me. Well, I had already decided I wouldn’t be shopping there anymore. BUT today, shopping in the mall I spotted the same ring for $ 89.99– WOW! I stopped and inquired it has the same specs. NOW, what causes PIA to upcharge 2x the value of the ring. I really wish anyone who steps out to open a business succeed. With these practices and over charging for merchandise, you want stand the test of time. Beware of pricing and if uncertain remember no refund with or without an receipt!

I came across Pia during a recent trip to Atlanta. Both my mother and I found something we loved. Since then, I’ve received many complements on my necklace and wear it daily. Unlike the previous reviewer, we found the owner to be very helpful (while not overbearing) and sweet as can be! Highly recommend.
