Pinkberry

This location only had four flavors available. I guess I’m use to going to locations where they have more. It is not self served fyi. For a small, I just think the price is a little high for what you get. Without toppings, it’s about 4 bucks. With toppings, up 4 toppings, it’s 5 bucks.

I am VERY picky about my froyo. I only like the original froyo with slight tart, and this place has like the PERFECT original froyo that I have ever tasted so far. Would definitely come again. Might try other flavours :)

I love this place… their yogurt is bomb! Pomegranate is my favorite. My girlfriend and I come here and sit and eat our yogurt and people watch in the mall. Lol. The location is kinda weird because it’s connected to a Macy’s. Other than that, it’s a really cool place

I’m over it. Ever since the friendly manager, Joie, moved to their new Perimeter location, it isn’t the same. Don’t expect the all-​smiles service anymore. Service seemed annoyed, and this is a turn-​off. I asked for a few napkins and was handed one. I asked for another a few more (dropped some on my shirt), and I received an annoyed look. Really? For a napkin. I guess the cattiness from Macy’s cosmetic counter ladies rubbed off on these women here.

I love Pinkberry, but not so much the service here. First time I visited the service was very nice and helpful but that wasn’t the case when I came back the second time. As mentioned by another Unilocaler, the workers here seem really annoyed and like they don’t want to be working. Eh. Whatever. Not my problem. I just want my froyo. But it wouldn’t hurt if they smiled or look like they weren’t about to throw my yogurt in my face.
ANYWAYS… Pinkberry’s frozen yogurt never disappoints! Love all the options of toppings and different flavors of froyo. Make sure you try their coconut flavor! And get mochi (rice cakes) as much as you can because I heard they are taking it off the toppings bar!
All in all… workers here could smile more and be a little bit more attentive.
