Ended up canceling my order. Over 3 hour wait time for delivery? It motivated me to cook for myself so in that aspect it’s good. I wish I had read the reviews first before putting in my order.

Never again.
I ordered online and pick it up at the place.
They did not have any bags and my hands could not carry 2 boxes of pizza as well as a liter of mountain dew so I had to refund the mountain dew.
The guy at the register counted the cash and then served me. Like isn’t it the customer first?!
It’s like they don’t train their workers. I will not order from here again

Don’t even waste your time trying to order online. Placed my order at 6:30pm and given an estimate of 45 minutes. I’ts now 9:45 and the pizza still hasn’t arrived yet and no one at the store will answer the phone. I wish that I could give negative stars.

This Pizza Hut is horrible. I called ahead to order & I still had to wait 15 minutes PAST the 15 minute quote given. He CANT handle more than 4 customers at a time. The WORST PART. He answers the phone. Takes cash & then goes to MAKE PIZZAS (I doubt he thinks twice about washing his DISGISTING hands). Being clean is a NECESSITY… im pissed

This location does take a VERY long time to deliver. I ordered a large pizza, wings, and soda while I was staying at the Hilton Atlanta, so not even a mile away. we placed the order around 10 pm, we forgot about the food and fell asleep around 2 am. We all woke up and remembered ordering pizza, they never even called us to explain what happened, the money was taken out of my account and everything but we never received the food. Normally they have to have the front desk call the room to tell us our food is in the lobby, we didn’t get that call either. If you plan on carrying out the food, and don’t mind waiting two hours, then this is the place to go… I did place a delivery about a week ago and received it in a time efficient manner. I guess this place is just a hit or miss, really. you never know what you’ll get with the service. Oh and not to mention, my cheese was half way off the pizza. It was so fun to eat (NOT!)

Wow, stay away from this place. The normal delivery time is an hour which is already a lot longer than normal chains. At the 1.5 hour mark I called the location several times letting it ring over 15 times each. On the 3rd call someone picked up and without explanation for the delay said the driver was just about to leave. They’re only 4 blocks from our house. Another 40 minutes went by and I tried to call to cancel. I called three times and let it ring until the phone cut me off. The order finally showed up over two hours after our order. Absolutely ridiculous…
I was reminded that we ordered from the same location last year and the pizza literally showed up the next day. I’m not kidding, it showed up about 20 hours late without a phone call or explanation. IT’S THE WORST SERVICE WE’VE EVER GOTTEN FROM A RESTAURANT ANYWHERE…
