Yep, such a joke. Arrive for my appointment and there’s no receptionist or anyone to speak to for more than 15 minutes, and counting. Had myself a little tour to search for the receptionist — one doesn’t exist. Finally asked a nurse attending to a patient who curtly told me to go sit down and she’ll get to me. It was ridiculous enough to be funny. Other patients with appointments before me still hanging out in the waiting area. Don’t bother making an appointment, don’t bother coming. Period.

What a joke! Despite having an appt, still waiting more than an hr after my appt time. Those without an appt were taken before me. Not sure what the purpose of an appt is? So frustrating!!!

I made an appt but that didn’t seem to matter. First come first serve. I made an appt for 9:45am and the 5 walk-ins who signed in before me were helped first. It’s 10:26am now and I’m still waiting. :(

The two words that you need to know for a perfect experience: Make Appointment. Yes, it’s really that simple. Call ahead or go online to schedule your appointment and coming here is a breeze. I had to come here for a health screening for my spouse’s company’s health insurance policy. Basics like waist size, blood pressure, and then several tubes of blood were taken to evaluate my cholesterol and diabetes risk. Apparently he’ll get a discount on our monthly premiums just for participating in this screen. I’m always curious to know how my blood pressure and other vitals compare to normal levels. It’s also good to know where I stand as far as cholesterol because heart disease is real. I’d like to have as much information as possible to ensure continued good health. The office is inside of the medical tower connected to Emory Midtown Hospital. Parking is either valet or in the deck. It takes a few minutes to get from point a to point b, but it flows logically and everyone is really friendly.
