Our experience at Regal Collection Corp has been outstanding! Mack and Charles have really taken care of us throughout the whole process. From finding the ‘dream engagement’ ring, creating a perfectly matching wedding band, and personally delivering it to our home in time for the ceremony… they have gone above and beyond. The quality of both rings, attention to detail, and brilliance of the diamonds is impeccable. We can truly say that the engagement ring and wedding band are ‘show stoppers.’ We even went back and purchased beautiful diamond earrings prior to the wedding that are of great quality and beautiful. The team at Regal provided me with truly exceptional service in my hunt for the perfect engagement ring. I have since made several purchases from them and would not so much as consider any other jeweler going forward.
I spent several months looking for a ring. I was in and out of jewelers throughout Atlanta; some big box, some small referrals, some direct diamond dealers and the results were consistent. I was unimpressed and underwhelmed and still didn’t have that «gut feeling» that told me THIS is the ring and THIS is the place. (Granted, my expectations were extremely high. I mean, this isn’t some birthday present or Valentine’s Day gift. This a big deal, the biggest!)
Luckily, all of this unsuccessful searching led me to checking Unilocal for the best jewelers anywhere in Atlanta. I saw the reviews for Regal Collection and went in the same day. I walked in, said «I need an engagement ring for my girlfriend,» and everything else was taken care of from there on.
I am such a proponent of the «old school» way of customer service /​experience and Charles, Mack, and his staff did not disappoint in any way. There are no sales people at Regal, at all. Mack is the owner and Charles is the actual jeweler who hand crafts any and everything you describe to him from scratch with his own hands. Their business is solely word of mouth and in this day and age, in that industry, that should be testament enough. I was completely finished in less than two hours and her hand made ring was ready in one week. Good luck beating that.
If you are seeking out any type of jewelry, at any price point, for any occasion, go to Regal Collection first; always. I’d tell you to ask for Mack or Charles but I can assure you that one of them will be the first to say hello as soon as you walk in the door.

Charles and the entire Regal team are absolutely wonderful! Regal helped my fiancé to design the perfect ring for me. They are great at listening to what you want, what your budget is, and designing the perfect ring for you. I went in today to look at wedding bands, and I felt at ease immediately. They recognized my ring and remembered my fiancé by name. Charles educated me on all the different types of metals for men’s wedding bands and helped me to find a band that was the perfect compliment to my ring.
This is a wonderful store and I highly recommend it to any person looking to work with friendly, knowledgeable, and talented jewelers!

After visiting with numerous jewelers from both Mississippi & Louisiana. It became clear when I made the drive over that Mack & his knowledgeable and friendly staff was ready to do business. For any guys out there that are beginning to shop around for engagement rings, go check out Regal! I was afraid this process was going to be overwhelming and stressful, but Alana was incredibly patient and informative and turned engagement ring shopping into a fun, memorable experience. I had some idea in my head of the ring I was looking for going in, but never could I have imagined getting down on one knee with such a perfect ring. My fiancé was blown away. Alana showed off her creativity in the customization of the setting as she took a yellow gold wedding that I loved and attached prongs and the diamond to it. The result was amazing. In the weeks leading up to my proposal, I was constantly admiring the ring in the box, and now the only thing that makes me love the ring even more is seeing it on my happy fiancé’s finger. This place is awesome.

My now husband designed my engagement ring and then we designed my wedding band with Mack.
I wanted something unique and different and they definitely hit the target. They designed a perfect ring based off a bunch of ideas I had pinned on pinterest. What made it even better is knowing my fiancé was involved in the process and had spent time in the ring development process.
After we were engaged I went to design the wedding band. Alana was so patient and spent time with me discussing what I wanted. When the first ring wasn’t really what I expected Mack repeatedly said «No problem, this is your ring and we want it to be perfect!» He went back, redesigned it and it came out perfect.
I feel like customer service is hard to find these days but Regal has not lost it. They are absolutely amazing and have bought my family’s business for life and recommendations to all out friends.

My fiancée and I live in Athens, GA but chose to go ring shopping in Atlanta. After reading Unilocal reviews of different stores, Regal seemed to be the place to go for custom rings. We walked into Regal without an appointment and sat down with Alana for about an hour. We showed her a picture of an antique ring that we liked (our «inspiration ring»). The ring is pretty complicated: it has cutouts and lots of tiny milgrain detail. Alana REALLY listened to what we were saying. She would look up images on the internet to get a better idea of things we liked and things we didn’t. After she had a good idea of what we wanted for the setting, she brought out 4 diamonds in our price range. They were better than diamonds in the same price range at any other store we visited.
Even though Regal was the first place we visited, we left knowing that this was the place we would choose. We did visit a couple of other stores. Some stores were pushy and rude, not listening to anything we said about what we wanted. Others did listen and might have created a decent ring for us, but as I said before, the diamonds couldn’t compare.
I put down the deposit and they started to work on the CADs. After I received the CADs, I had some changes I wanted to make, so I drew up the changes and emailed them to Alana. (Unfortunately we only had one picture of the «inspiration ring,» so the CAD designer could only view it from one angle. I attempted to draw the ring from different angles, using his CAD images as a stencil. I am NOT an artist.) Alana passed the changes on to the CAD designer. The second round of CADs were perfect! And so was the final product! Mack really did a wonderful job.
I am 100% satisfied with my fiancée’s ring. The hardest part of the whole process was drawing the CAD changes, waiting for the CADs, and waiting for the finished product. But it was definitely worth it. If you are interested in a custom ring, I highly recommend you visit Regal.

All I can say is WOW! When my fiancé and I became engaged, I spoke with a friend who is knowledgable in the jewelry industry. He recommended Mack. As this was some distance from my house, I shopped the local stores. Nothing locally impressed us. Upon meeting with Mack and Alana, I knew we were in the right spot. Mack was able to take my mother in law’s engagement ring, update it and recommend the perfect diamond for the setting. And unlike some stores, Mack and Alana did not recommend the most expensive stones! From now on, I will only by jewelry from Regal Collection.

If you are thinking of going anywhere else for jewelry, don’t. Mack and Alana will work with you to create exactly what you are looking for. I shopped around Atlanta for a month and couldn’t find anyone to beat their prices or quality. Thanks again!

My fiancé was able to have a gorgeous custom made engagement ring made in just a few weeks in time for our vacation. It goes without saying that buying an engagement ring might be the hardest and most stressful thing a guy in his mid-​late twenties does (that is, unless going to Tiffany’s is actually an option in which case, must be nice to be you). I was recommended to visit Regal by a friend of mine who got her ring from there and figured I’d start shopping there. Luckily enough I had an idea of what I wanted to get (Tiffany Novo) so I went from there.
Upon entering I was greeted by Krissy who is really a life saver. First off, she’s not over bearing, if you wanna spend 5 hours in there, so be it. Secondly, when I told her my budget she didn’t pull out things that were way over, she just grabbed what was in it and if I wanted to look at other stuff for comparison then she’d grab that is well. Every reviewer has said it before, but Krissy is great to work with. She really made the process easy for me. That being said, she didn’t really know what the Novo looked like and online you couldn’t get a definitive idea. So what’d she do? She went to Tiffany’s to try a bunch on and get a good feeling for how it should look.
So she gives me some options and after looking at probably 10 different diamonds I am down to a few that I like. She gives me the prices and then I really go shopping (Shane’s, Blue Nile, etc.). At that point I realized I was getting a great price just now had to decide which diamond. I came back in and as opposed to pushing me to the more expensive one, she actually talked me into one that was smaller (in size) but appeared larger. All in all getting a custom made ring was the way to go.
I really can’t say enough great things about the whole experience. I was expecting it to be some huge nerve wracking experience but as a whole it went well. I never felt pressured and they really made it easy on me. We’ll be back in a few months to get our wedding bands.
6 months in and she couldn’t be happier with her ring, at the end of the day that’s all that matters to me.
