Great combination of wine and kitchen. If you are looking for wines that your friends have not seen at all the other stores, this is the place to go. No Yellow Tail here! The store has a nice complimentary wine tasting every Saturday afternoon from 3 – 5PM. If you get on their e-mail list, you will be sent an e-mail on the type wines they are tasting the coming Saturday. Ask for Teresa Dalton at 404−949−9945

Deadly combination of wine and kitchen supplies. My checking account aches in pain when I visit here. As far as wine selection, it’s large and ranges from some fairly common brands to the more unique and esoteric. If this was your only wine store, you’d be fine. As far as kitchen supplies, also large with a great selection of items in most every category. So many little gadgets I want to buy. Great store and kudos to the staff who seemingly know everything about both sides of the shop. They love their products and their shop and it shows.

Bad service! When we first walked in we were very impressed with store and could have spent hours in there until the lady who runs the store started giving us glaring looks and talking down to us like were a couple of hoodlums! Now yes we are in our in our 20s and probably couldn’t afford ¾ of the store but we will not be returning for the other ¼. We will pretend to be fancy at other stores in the future.

Living Good In the Neighborhood! One of my most favorite things about my recent relocation is that I am now near this fabulous spot! When I lived in Midtown, I enjoyed occasionally perusing the snazzy kitchen stuff and the cool bar tools at the Amsterdam Cook’s Warehouse. But. .. now. .. it’s gone up a notch, because the same great shopping opportunity comes with a fabulous wine store, too! Jeff P. is spot-on — the staff is super knowledgeable but never overbearing. Give them your name/addy/email and you won’t have to remember which yummy Cab or Gurtztraminer(Sp??!) you had last because they’ll track it for you. I live within walking distance, but I’m betting that unless it’s for one of their cooking classes, I’ll be better off driving so I can haul my goodies home more easily!

Sherlock’s and Cook’s Warehouse share the same retail space. My two favorite things under one roof: WINEANDCOOKINGTOYS! You’ll be hard-pressed not to find whatever specialty(cooking/baking) items you are in search of. Killer wine selection and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Enjoy!

Great wine shop. Doesn’t hurt, of course, that it shares space with Atlanta’s best cook’s shop(The Cook’s Warehouse). A fine selection of wines, many out of the price range of most wine drinkers. But here’s the good news — the affordable wines they have are worth drinking! If it’s in the store, it’s going to be good wine. The staff is very knowledgeable. They offer help, but never get in the way. It’s my favorite wine shop in Atlanta. They just do a great job and serve the discriminating wine drinker very well.
