I love this place, the elegant and unique ambience are just contagious and perfect for brunch, studying, and quality time! One of the servers Austin gives the best service to customers. This coffee shop also has the most convenient location close to Marta station. Highly recommended!

Literally the best coffee shop I’ve been to. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the workers are super friendly and polite. This is the perfect place to just spend some quality time reading, doing work, or just to chill. I’ll definitely come here regularly!

I’m not one to write many reviews, but this is definitely worth a review because it’s my new favorite coffee shop in town since there was just a change in management. Here’s why: 1) Starting with the location, it’s conveniently located right next to the Lindbergh Marta station and it’s easy to find at the street corner. 2) The interior is beautiful and the attention to detail makes everything pleasing to the eye. It also has a super cool and modern coffee shop vibe. 3) There’s plenty of seating and plenty of outlets(big plus), seating is comfortable, and I can easily sit for a good 2 – 3 hours to get my work done or just meet with a friend. 4) The workers are extremely friendly and they’re so flexible with your orders. If you want something you don’t see on the menu, just ask and they’ll try their best to make you what you want! I recommend the mango pineapple smoothie. 5) Again, the smoothies are amazing and so are the pastries. I have yet to try everything on the menu but peers tell me they are very pleased with their drinks and food. 6) Nothing to complain about in terms or pricing. It’s not cheaper or more expensive so it’s just about right when it comes to coffee shops. I hope everyone can enjoy it as much as I do!

Needed a pick-me-up before 5 o’clock church service. I bought a vanilla latte and a slice of pound cake… both delicious. Well, the coffee is DEFINATELY potent. It’s 2:33 in the AM and I’m WIDE awake. Good stuff!!!

Good tea, good wifi, lots of space, lots of outlets. Sandwiches are basic but nothing to complain about. Parking at the meters is a little cher, but I can reliably get a table and sit and get work down if I’m in the area. Perfect if you’re a MARTA rider.

This little shop has it all! Right off MARTA and close to all Lindbergh apartments. Service isn’t fast but, whatever. The coffee is good and the food is tasty. I often see people reading and studying or just enjoying someone’s company. They accept cards using Square too!

I wouldn’t suggest this place if you want a great coffee«experience». The drinks we got were«average» in quality. On duty, were the owner and a cashier who were somewhat clueless on what being a barista means… thank goodness there was one guy who actually knew what we were ordering and it was HE who made our drinks! All in all, my recommendation is that there are a bunch of better choices out there. Try one of them instead!

Said I wanted something sweet so chose an iced latte and asked for hazelnut syrup to be added. I was given a hot latte with no syrup. Gave it back and was given the same thing back with ice and I asked for my syrup… a little regular syrup added. I chose this over a prepackaged coffee and I regret it. Wasted my $ 3.85

What a lovely coffeeshop. Not only do they have delicious coffee, but they also have the whole coffeeshop vibes down pat. I came here on a Friday afternoon to do some work for a couple of hours, and I’m glad I discovered this place. Spacious coffeeshop, not too loud, plenty of outlets(even under the table — huge perk!) The service was great. Coffee is a little pricy, but it was quality coffee in my opinion. I got the French Kiss, which is french press coffee with a shot of espresso. They validate your parking if you park in the garage next door for up to two hours. There’s also street parking(pay by meter) available too. If you decide to become a frequent visitor, they have punch cards so that you can earn rewards every time you get a coffee. They also play excellent music. It’s the little things that make or break your experience, right? If I lived closer, I would definitely frequent this coffeeshop more often.

Sip hovers between 2 — 3 stars… a nice, cozy café with a helpful, friendly staff. So far… it seems like 4 stars but throw in patrons who sit in the café for hours loudly chatting on their cell phones and you get a 2 star review. This was really my only issue at Sip. Cool spot, they should ask people to step outside for phone calls… glad I brought my headphones:) Latte was good… not the best I’ve ever had but passable and the wifi is decent– which is kind of the overall vibe there… did not try the food.

First time here, and really like this place! Very spacious, lots of seating and outlets everywhere. Strong Wi-Fi. Good coffee. What more do you need? Oh here’s one thing, you know how lots of coffee places(at least the ones who don’t take themselves too seriously) always have all those great flavored lattes like White Chocolate this and Coconut that? Well normally, when I ask what they have in sugar-free syrups, the answer is always the same: vanilla and hazelnut. Here? The answer was… Every flavor! Yes, I no longer have to have Latte Envy and just go with a boring old sugar-free vanilla. As I sit here with my white chocolate macadamia latte, the world is opened up to me.

I’ve had coffee here before on a weekend afternoon and it was not bad. Not the greatest — the food is pretty much all high-fat content, so beware — but it was palatable. The last time I was there I was given a Sip card and guidance that the parking in the deck was validated. I had some time to spend this week outside of work and I chose to go there. First, the signage was hard to see in this driving area — all faded and not visible from the car. So I went to the wrong garage, and bingo! The owner doesn’t know what to do! So I go back, and had to pay full price for parking because it’s a holiday week and no attendant on duty! Second, when you do go to the parking garage for which they pay, you only get 2 hours free. You can leave and come back, but signage again a problem. I think they have their coterie of regular customers with whom they don’t need to communicate about such things as parking, time limits, bathroom key, and the like. The coffee is decent, the food overly fatty, and I may come by here on a weekend for a short amount of time in the future. Maybe when the current owner is out of town and the baristas are a bit more experienced.

Good coffee. Cute quiet little place. I even forgot to ask for almond milk and they added it for free. Def nice to have this right by the MARTA stop.

Hot water with a tad of coffee added for color. You can’t french press in 30 seconds. If I have the time, I’ll wait. I assure you. The people working there don’t know what they’re doing. Food is mediocre, if not downright disgusting.

HANDSDOWN — THEWORST Experience I’ve ever had in my life. I work across the street from SIP so upon us relocating to the new offices, a coworker of mine suggested that I check SIP out. Everyone knows how much I love supporting local businesses so visiting SIP was a no brainer to me. I really enjoyed visiting the shop on my breaks, it was a cool atmosphere to get away for a quick breather until… The first bad experience came when… I came in for my routine break. Upon arriving at the counter, the Asian lady(who I believe is the owner) helped the guy in front of me. During his check out process, she asked him if he had frequent buyer card. He replied no, so she offered and suggested one to him. Mind you, I’ve interacted with the Asian lady before, I would typically come in 4 – 5 times a week for a drink and never once did she or anyone else at the counter offer me a frequent buyer card. I pointed that out to her when it was my turn to order and check out — she said«Oh, you don’t have one…» The second and LAST bad experience I had… My coworker and I decided to have our meeting at SIP. We had been trying to coordinate the meeting for quite some time and FINALLY I got her out of the office for the quick break. We ordered lunch(the curry chicken salad — for her the sandwich for me the salad) and we proceeded to sit down to begin our meeting. In the midst of conversation, I decided that I wanted to try the«dirty chai.» I proceed to order, pay for my chai and even gave the little guy(who looks like a band player) with glasses a tip because he was so nice. Once my drink was ready, in the midst of my meeting I sipped it and realized that the texture was a little too creamy so I inquired in asking what type of milk he used. He responded with«whole milk» I responded with«Oh, I am sorry, I do not drink cow’s milk — that is my mistake. Can I get soy milk instead.» He said with a deep sigh and frustration…“I don’t know, I have to ask the manager. This is an independent coffee shop and you’ve just wasted ingredients.“ I proceeded to say«I do not mind paying for the soy milk, would you mind making me another drink.» He then proceeds to go in the back and talk to the owner. Not once did she come out and speak with me 1:!(the same lady who never offered me the frequent buyers card). So, this guy comes back out and says, «Sorry, we aren’t making you another drink.» I think ask«Well, please refund my money.» He puffs up and says«No, this is your fault, I am not refunding you your money.» Then he proceeds to say«You people are something else. You are acting like a real b*tch.» At that point, I am totally floored. Not only did he not make me another drink and did not give me a refund, he threw the drink I had ordered out. Never in my life have I ever experienced customer service at this level. I would not suggest going to SIP — the rate they are going with their service, I give them less than a year to stay open. TERRIBLE — TERRIBLEEXPERIENCE! FYI — I ended up throwing up from the curry chicken salad I ate from there that day. If this was the last coffee shop on Earth, I would truly kick the habit. They will not get not one penny of mine — EVER!

I like this shop, but they don’t get me excited the way others do. The coffee is good(and local) and the space is modern and clean. The staff are polite(not necessarily warm) and there aren’t long wait times, but something’s missing. You won’t find the energy you get at Octane or the personality of Dancing Goats, and that’s just comparing local spots. If you’re just snagging coffee/a quick bite while waiting for the train, you’ll be fine. If you’re looking to settle down with the coffee house of your dreams, you might find yourself with a wandering eye. **WiFi is available but only after purchase, and you have to ask about it. I use my hotspot, so I don’t sweat it, but it would be nice to be told how to access it up front.

WAY too pricey. Exactly what«experience» are these people trying to sell? Just under $ 11 for a sausage & egg croissant and some orange juice is definitely not the experience I was seeking. Not to mention the sandwich was pretty cold when I got it, but unfortunately I had less than 5 minutes to catch my train, and no time to ask them to make a fresh one. They didn’t even provide a receipt for my purchase(and I’m pretty OCD about that). Won’t be visiting this location again.

I have wanted to try this Lindbergh coffee shop for ages but it was never convenient. SIP the Experience is located in the same plaza and building complexes as the Lindbergh MARTA station and other restaurants and establishments such as Tongue and Groove and Taco Mac. The coffee shop is spacious and cozy, which is just the kind of coffee shop I like to frequent. We were still full from lunch so I decided to grab a quick caffeinated dessert: Thai Tea Latte. I was going to go for my usual nonfat latte(brewed with Counter Culture) when I noticed the specialty menu, which included the Green Tea Latte and Taro Latte(what what??) My Thai Tea Latte was made with steamed skim milk, which slightly made up for the fact that it was super sweet. But it DID taste creamy and rich like a normal Thai Tea. I had a couple sips of my friend’s Green Tea Latte and it had the aftertaste of green tea, but green tea wasn’t the first flavor that came to mind. My friend quoted«it tastes like Fruit Loops.» But definitely not a fan of the Green Tea Latte. This is a chill spot for some good coffee and lazy hangouts. A great stop while waiting for MARTA, too!

This is that kind of local coffee shop that everyone wants to have in their neighborhood. Fortunately for Lindbergh Center, SIP The Experience exists. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, crafting delicious drinks and fantastic food. Even though the hours are limited as the evening approaches, the time that they ARE open(with breakfast until 2PM!) is certainly filled with worth. The vibe is very chill and down to earth — no pretentious, Portland, OR coffee drinkers in here! The seating area is kept very clean, inviting you to relax inside on comfortable chairs and couches to socialize or get together with a group to work on a project. If the weather is nice, try sitting outside on the nice, fenced-in patio! Multiple power outlets are spread throughout, inviting you to sit for a while to work on whatever is important to you. There is just enough lighting to see comfortably without overwhelming your eyes. They offer a punch card where, currently, you can purchase 10 drinks and get one free — always a win. The convenient location right at the center of the Lindbergh Center MARTA Station allows you to either grab something before you head off or relax after making it back from your journey. I am so very glad that STE is here and wish it many more years of successful business — where I will, no doubt, continue to patronize.
