My appointment was booked for February. I planned a nice couples staycation at a hotel. 2 people showed up (man and woman) looking like they just got out of jail, totally unprofessional. We refused the service and were given a credit to show up at the facility to redeem. I have been trying to book it since. I give up and will be requesting a full refund from Groupon.

STAY FAR AWAY as EVERYONE else has said!!! I was scheduled for a massage on March 8^th at 2pm and even CONFIRMED with them by email on the 3^rd. Come March 8^th morning and they write that their therapists have come down with the «common/​cold possible flu like symptoms.» That was LITERALLY what the email said! They said we could re-​book b/​w the 18 – 22, as if that was doing us a favor!!! They wrote a long drawn out email about it and most of it didn’t make sense. Anyways I wrote back saying I’m moving THIS week and cannot reschedule! Of course I NEVER got a reply back and honestly just recently realized I never got my moneys worth for this groupon. I attempted to write them AGAIN and even gave a call, no answer and voicemail was full!!! This honestly made me annoyed so I just took my issue up with Groupon & they were able to issue me a refund.
Overall though, I feel bad for the 510 people that purchased the groupon. We all are going to go through this. So just a forewarning for other groupon purchasers or anyone else considering going to this place, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!!!

The worst place ever. Do not go to this place. We bought a groupon and the experience was horrible. They weren’t there at the office for our scheduled appointment. Just don’t go there.
