I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! The communication is horrible! No one EVER answers the phone when you call. They take forever to return your call when you leave a message. That is the minor part. The major is that I planned for an ‘epic party’. I booked months in advance(was never fully confident that I was booked because I never received a real confirmation from SkyFlicks even after requesting one several times). On the evening of my event SkyFlicks arrived at 7:30PM to set up. My guests began to arrive around 8PM. Around 9:30PM the SkyFlicks«tech»(I use that term loosely), finally decided to ‘test’ everything to make sure it was working. It was a fail! I had a yard full of nearly 100 people all waiting to see a movie for my supposed to be epic party and SkyFlicks failed me. It was one of my friend’s/a guest at the party who was able to troubleshoot and find out there was a problem with their electrical cord as the«tech» thought it was a projector bulb issue. My event was on August 2nd. I immediately requested a refund. Today is August 22, 2014 and I have yet to receive my refund. On Monday, August 4, 2014, I spoke with the owner Tina who assured me that my full refund would be to me within five days. Either my counting is completely off or SkyFlicks is full of lies and BADBUSINESS! Apart from that one would have thought that the company who have suggested a complimentary screen/projector rental on them to gain my confidence in their company but I guess that would be too much like right. Save yourself the trouble! Go through a different company.
