Wow, just bought the best Macarons I have ever tasted! I will definitely be back for more bakery items and am looking forward to the breakfast and lunch here too. They have a great chef who definitely knows his stuff!

I’ve been here 3 times so far and will keep coming back. Ordered a bacon egg and sausage on a Kaiser roll every time and it’s always been good. They did however forget my sausage once. When fresh, their cookies are delicious but I ordered cookies once and went back 3 days later and suspect it’s the same batch. The cheese Danish it’s okay but it’s probably also been there a few days. My favorite is the bacon egg and sausage. Closest to nyc I’ve ever had in Georgia.

My husband and I decided to bring a some baked goods to a Mitzvah we were invited to. I was in panic mode because I had totally totally forgotten to order some. I stumbled upon a banner outside this bakery and decided to see if they would save me from going to a party empty handed. The 2 gentleman who work there really went out of their way to help me ! The pastry chef and the other guy who took my order made me a beautiful tray of sweet goods, I really was impressed! I will definitely come back and recommend the place to my friends and family. They truly went above and beyond my expectations!

I’m not sure how to even rate this place because every experience has been so weird. I’m conflicted because the yummy treats and bagels never disappoint but the service always leaves me shaking my head and wondering how long until Soho is out of business … Every Sandy Springs resident mourned a little bit when the Little European Bakery closed. So it was exciting that this is essentially the same business with the addition of bagels and breakfast sandwiches. All of the sweets and bagels are exceptional so I keep going back and subjecting myself to the awkward interactions with the staff. Everything I’ve tried has been affordable and delicious. The cakes and cookies displayed in the counter are really quite impressive and beautiful. As far as the customer service– most notably, my mom and I were throwing a bridal shower and wanted to order some cheese straws from the Soho Bakery. We went in the store and were told the owner wasn’t there and the employee said she didn’t know how to take our order. Seriously. She let us leave without taking the order. We went across the street to Henri’s and spent a small fortune on cheese straws where the employees happily knew how to use a pencil and piece of paper to write down our order. Other weirdness has included watching a bakery employee come out from the back of the kitchen while still wearing his latex gloves, and proceed to pick up and use the telephone– all the while still wearing the gloves. I tell myself that he surely went to the back and put on a new, clean pair because otherwise there might be bigger issues than customer service… Listeria anyone? And then there is the fairly regular occurrence of listening to the owner yell at his employees like they are total morons– and some of them might very well be given what I have witnessed– but that doesn’t mean I want anyone to be publicly humiliated. There is constant customer confusion as to what the protocol is for ordering and paying due to a lack of signage. This results in no line but rather people just standing around waiting to be helped which confuses the employees and makes ordering food take about twice as long as it should. So there you go. I wish I could do away with the star rating system and just give a «WTF» because I don’t know what to do with this information. Basically, I have learned that I will tolerate most anything for a good bagel.

This place is great! The bagels are delicious. They have an amazing selection of baked goodies and a nice menu for breakfast and lunch. Sometimes they are a little under staffed and it takes a little time. But it’s always worth it. The people that work here are nice and it’s really clean too. They also have a rotation of great art from local artists featured on their walls. You should try it out!

This place is just so pathetic. From the time you walk in, it doesn’t smell like a bakery. All of the shelves where the fresh breads are displayed had hardly any fresh loaves of bread(maybe 8?). the ½ off, day(definitely more than 2 days old!) old items are spread all over the place, but not individually marked with pricing. Like I’m going to pay 2.49 for 2VERYSMALL black and white cookies that were hard as rocks The prepared deli salads in the display case looked repulsive. The egg salad had a brownish«skin» from sitting there for so long, that looked even worse with the dumping of paprika to disguise it. All of the other salads /items had turned the same odd colors on top from not being stirred. The employees were even worse than the tired, dated, cheap creepy décor. The hispanic woman got more irritated every time I asked her what kind of bread(small hand written labels on high shelves were difficult to see) as if I was inconveniencing her, especially when I asked her what«championship bread» was. She responded in a super fast, rude Spanglish accent. Not even sure why I’m putting so much effort into a review of a place that will not be around after their free rent expires. I cannot think of anything positive about the place. The trifecta of restaurant sins… bad food, bad atmosphere and bad service. Yuck!

I’ve been in every store in this location since 1988. It’s OK but selection is lacking and seems more deli & sandwiches than bakery. Nothing wrong just could be better. I go back but they don’t even have the bakery staple items like Henri’s has.

Went in to Bakery at noon on Monday. Was second or third in line– so got to listen in on an interesting exchange with the woman in front of me and the bakery employee. The woman wanted to pick up some cupcakes– and asked if they were fresh. She was told the baker wasn’t in today– so they were left over from Saturday. The customer then asks about the cakes– and was told they were made the day before(Saturday or Sunday). I think she finally gave up after finding out seemingly nothing was made that day. Also– the man in front of me remarked how little bread was on the shelves(seriously! Check out the pictures). I got a deli sandwich– which was fine. I miss Little European Deli! Not sure how long this place will be open with no bread(s) to sell and day old(or few days old) baked goods.

I really want to see this bakery succeed. The pastries and cookies are really good. Much better than Henri’s and the prices are very reasonable. The problem is the staff. I thought they would work out the kinks once opened for a couple of weeks but that’s not the case. I have been multiple times and somehow they usually seem to get my order wrong. They are not attentive and seem distracted. Customers are standing around and there’s no organization of who to serve next. Going out to eat shouldn’t be a stressful experience. Hopefully they get their act together because no matter how good the pastries are, it’s not worth the aggravation.

SoHo is better than the use to be establishment European Bakery. They even serve breakfast. I have never had a sandwich that I didn’t enjoy. I love their chicken salad sandwich. Great variety.

Excellent bagels and sandwiches, but servers get the orders wrong 90% of the time. The pastry’s are fantastic. Quality meats used in sandwiches. Good soups can come as a side to a sandwich. Their could be a communication issue as Spanish is the main language of the servers and some of the cooks. The owner is a real nice guy from Long Island.

Soho is definitely one of my favorite places to satisfy sweet and savory cravings! I’ve come by several times when I’m in town to see family and they consistently deliver quality products. The red velvet cupcake has the best cream cheese frosting I have yet to try, pretzel bread is remarkable with breakfast, almond croissant is soft and flaky and their egg and cheese breakfast croissant is very tasty as well. The staff is always friendly and makes the visit all the more enjoyable :)

I’ve been to both European Bakery and now Soho. I personally find this bakery much more updated and modern, as an artist, I love the use of local artist showcasing their work! However, I’ve been there 3 times so far and their breakfast is priced so well, and they make a mean egg and cheese! Their sandwiches are also great because they use boars head, not the cheap meat some delis use. My husband stopped there the other day and brought this amazing cake home, had to take it away from the kids and him until after dinner!

Love this bakery!!! Bread, bagels, pastries and cakes are made fresh daily! On top of that, their soups, salads, and sandwiches are made fresh and to order. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is my lunch stop four times per week. Soho has daily deals on lunch and on dessert. Big portions makes this bakery/deli worth the trip. Be sure to ask for coupons when you visit.

Little European Bakery used to be a great place. Far better than Henri’s bakery up the street. There was a tiny bit of decline when a new owner took over a few years ago. But the bakery was still good. Now, that lady bailed on the bakery a few months ago. Soho took over that space. They evidently kept some of the old bakers though they have a brand new pastry chef. The chocolate chip cookie was decent on one visit. The next visit, I had two triple chocolate cookies that were buy one get one free. Big mistake. There is a reason why they were BOGO. They were stale and tasted waxy. Had to throw away half of each cookie. Another day, I went to have lunch. The roast beef sandwich was mediocre. The beef was so meh. I like a cold RB sandwich on good bakery bread and the meat on the rare side. Fries were OK. Maybe it was a bad day for the sandwich. THen another time, I had the Petit Four and Sacher Torte. BOth were too sweet with a one note taste. Petit Fours tasted nothing like the old one even if it looked identical. The icing had a weird gooey texture and a harsh sweetness. The Sacher Tortte fared better but still clearly inferior to the ones made by Little European Bakery. I am wondering if someone forgot a crucial part of the recipe because outwardly the Petit Fours look the same. The Sacher Torte lacked the fruity raspberry middle that brings another dimension to the taste.

European Bakery closed and apparently this is the same group, but they just renovated? I was hoping it would be good, but was fairly disappointed. I stopped in on a Wednesday evening and purchased two cookies, two muffins, and a loaf of bread. The blueberry muffin I purchased was not the best, but decent and made with dried blueberries. The carrot muffin was better. The cookies my son wanted tasted like they had been sitting there for a bit. What irked me the most was when I asked if they had any sourdough bread. The woman pointed to the«Pain au Levain» and said that was sourdough. Didn’t seem like that to me– given that it was not marked as such– but she insisted it was. She even asked if I wanted«round or loaf.» I jokingly asked if one was more sour and she said they were the same. So I purchased the loaf it and brought it home. THATISNOTSOURDOUGH. It is just plain old white bread as expected. If I am going to invest calories in white bread, I prefer sourdough. Oh well. I was hoping for a good bakery nearby, but I think I’ll stick with driving in town.
