Had to go to Atlanta last minute due to passport issues. Never was able to pick up my prescription in NC before leaving. Flying out the next day to Europe, Stacey’s came to the rescue. Rhonda was nice enough to call my pharmacy, get my script information, and fill it for me on my way from Atlanta to Charlotte to catch my flight. Not an easy task, but they made it happen. For the hassle that was for them, they came through with flying colors. Thanks again Stacey’s. 5+ stars all the way!

The person that answered the phone today acted like it pained her but to talk. What a jerk.

I will never ever use this pharmacy again. I say this as a decades long customer. First, they refused to fill my prescription until payment was received. No secure web site, account number given to a complete stranger over the phone. No, I do not have a history of sticking them with prescriptions that I never pick up. And yes, I have had to replace 5 cards in the last year due to security breaches. So after DECADES of using this pharmacy, they do not trust me but expect ME to trust them with credit card info. The second time, I refused. Kelly, the«manager,» told me she would fill the prescription, ostensibly as a favor. She was dishonest. More than a full day later when my husband went to pick it up they hadn’t prepared it. They told me they were«really» busy and that normally they contact customers when orders are ready. They didn’t tell me in advance, though they claim to tell everyone, so a wasted trip for my husband in Atlanta traffic. They took customers ahead of him and were rude to him while he waited. He finally gave up and left. This is just unacceptable. No one should use them. What is more, when I called them to see what the problem was, they had me on speaker phone. I could hear an audience of «professionals» giggling in the background. This was just fun and games for them. I went to a competitor, Dunwoody pharmacy. I was treated politely and charged considerably less. A couple of hours later, 29 hours after the refill request, stacys called to say they’d finally gotten around to it. Way too little way too late.

These guys are great! A fantastic alternative to many of the high priced big pharma drugs can be compounded here. I put my testosterone deficient patients on to them. Androgel $ 400/month. Stacey’s compounded version $ 40/month. They are locally owned and operated and we all need to support our local businesses

They recently lost my prescription, then I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make it. Te absolute worst part about it was that they gave me the wrong drug! I only gave them two stars is based on how polite they were.

I’ve never been here before until one of my pets needed some specific medication in cream form. Very friendly and professional staff and quick on getting your prescription filled. It’s in a what looks like a private home off of a side street next to Piedmont Ave. It’s just past a tapas restaurant.
