This is a great location to stop in and order a Starbucks. Nice and sunny It’s a great place for people watching and reading the Sunday paper.

You would think that this Starbucks would be a madhouse at 9am on a Friday morning and it was but the staff had their game faces on. The line was constantly moving and they were knocking out orders like crazy. My order(both drinks and food) was filled just as I asked. The staff was friendly and you could tell they were having fun while they were working hard. Keep in mind parking is tough around here. Be creative but don’t get caught. Other businesses love to boot and tow cars during the busy hours.

This Starbucks is in a very small parking lot. If you know anything about Moreland, that street is HELL trying to make a left turn. I quickly made a left into here and I’m glad I did. They have 15 min only parking spots right up front due to the shortage of parking. The Barista was super friendly and really listened to what I was saying. I was inquiring about why I had a free drink on my account and he actually tried to help me figure it out. Nice. Not too much space for studying but they definitely have some tables and chairs. I saw some arm chairs on my way out so maybe it’s bigger than I thought. If you get a chance to make a left into this parking lot, DOIT!

Went in Starbucks and asked if I could have change for a $ 100 bill and they refused. There after I went to pay MONEY to buy a food item this BUSINESS is SELLING and the counter attendant Jesse rudely rang me up saying«we aren’t supposed to do this. We don’t do this at all.» I didn’t realize that Starbucks now doesn’t take cash or my business. I will gladly take my business else where.

I went to get a venti coffee but I had to use the restroom first. The rude servers refused to give me access to the restroom. I was well mannered and dressed well in a new sport jacket, well groomed. This is highly unacceptable and unprofessional. I am very disappointed STARBUCKS.

I have never once been insulted so much by the staff! I work with über and decided to go offline for a coffee and to use the bathroom when I walked in I went towards the bathroom and there was a dial pad on the restroom door which this is new the employee there gave me a look and told me I had to purchase something in the order to get the code I told him I was going to purchase something I just really had to use the bathroom first. He then insisted that I must purchase something first almost causing me to have to use the restroom on myself. After I purchase my coffee I hardly got a thank you or anything. Unreal the employee practically called me a liar and my bluff as if I wasn’t going to purchase something when I clearly told him I would completely dissatisfied.

Meh, all Starbucks are the same to me. This particular one is very small, and parking is a pain in the ass. But if you’ve seen one Starbucks you’ve seen them all.

The employees are great. Humble attitudes. Parking lot is small and the lines are faded. I’m here at least 5 times a week. Very surprised about the reviews. I love the place. Drop off clothes at cleaners, and get coffee while the wife gets her nails done. I personally think it’s hilarious when cars get booted. It’s not like there’s no signs on the property. SMH. Sharon and I spoke with the lady in the lot which is actually very nice and will even give up her parking spot for a customer. Bottom line… starbucks is great and parking is tight. Don’t be rude and hold a parking spot if you aren’t staying on the property.

First of all, there was a woman who appeared to be homeless wandering around looking in car windows. More on her later. Went inside, ordered our drinks. The barista seemed completely dumbfounded when I showed him the pay function on my Starbucks app for scanning. Ugh. Came out and as we’re new to town, decided to wander down the strip to see what else there is to see. We walked down a bit, realized there wasn’t a lot we were into in the immediate vicinity, and walked back to our car. Having been gone less than 5 minutes, we were shocked to find a boot on said car. No signs warning you that this might happen. Just the homeless woman I mentioned earlier sitting in wait to catch unassuming patrons — gasp — leaving the parking lot on foot. So turns out she’s not homeless, is quite rude when you approach her, and, quite threateningly, fiddles with a razor blade while you ask her WHAT??? My freaking coffee was still too hot to drink! She initially insisted to my husband that it was $ 50 cash and later decided she’d accept a card. She was quite confrontational with us and complained that my husband wouldn’t sign off on the charge on her phone. She kept pressing the volume button on the side when he’d touch it. Obviously, that’s a hindrance. Even before that, she asked for his card and refused to actually take it, instead, acted as though my husband should gently take her hand, get down on one knee, and chivalrously place it in her hand. He ended up just plunking it through the window. To top it all off, she made a carbon copy of our card front AFTER receiving approval running it on her phone. Obviously, we canceled that card immediately after leaving the lot. This is all a bit too shady. From the fact that she’s there at all, to the lack of signage warning paying customers, to the copy she currently has of our now canceled card… I’m definitely disgusted enough to write Starbucks off completely. There are plenty of places to get coffee. If you’re going to take advantage of faithful, paying customers, I’m out.

The place was clean and the staff are friendly like in any other starbucks. However I needed to wait for my drink for an extremely long time and there weren’t more than 2 people in front of me. Makes me wonder if they had anyone in training that day or was it simply just an off day. The bathrooms seemed like it needed some cleaning. All in all I would come back but hopefully they are on top of their game this time… Cheers!

Located in the heart of quirky Little Five Points, I was not surprised to find that this Starbucks has some personality to it. I came with a friend on a Sunday afternoon to get caffeinated for our Little Five shopping excursion. It made me nervous when I pulled up to see that parking was tight and scarce. I was fortunate enough to snag an awkward parallel spot along the side of the coffee shop. Apparently the parking situation is no laughing matter — the Little Five parking patrol is on the watch. They fly around on their bikes, circling the Starbucks lot and the neighboring lot for Junkman’s daughter to ensure that patrons don’t park and wander. The parking fee for the Junkman lot is $ 5, so they make sure that sneaky parkers don’t cheat the system by parking at the Starbucks to get out of paying. Yikes! The lighting is a bit dark inside the shop, but I was impressed to see that they have an ample amount of seating options inside. So many of the Starbucks locations these days are cramped with nowhere to sit, but this one has comfy chairs by one window, a few tables by another one, and a high-top island bar in the middle. The staff was courteous and speedy with our drip coffee beverages. I tried out the Christmas blend for the first time this season — a little bit of a darker departure from my usual blonde roast. From what I could see for the five or so minutes I was in there, perched at the little island high top, the baristas were on top of the orders and checking the stock on all of the food offerings. I did overhear two of the baristas saying that they were out of whipped cream which I can imagine could cause a riot. That whipped cream is like fluffy gold to some. Luckily we did not see such any violent outbursts while we were there. My favorite part of this Starbs is the little gallery of photos along one of the walls. I believe the featured pieces rotate, but when we came in they had a gallery of photos of different people taking selfies — very timely and interesting. Bottom line: great seating, unique personality, nice staff, scary parking.

I am a little surprised, though not shocked, about all of the low reviews you’ll read here. First things first, don’t spend a lot of time parked out there. While I’ve never had a problem, they boot pretty quickly in this small parking lot. Plus, there are dedicated spaces for the Spa and Dry Cleaners. So there’s not a lot of parking and the parking lot isn’t flat. I’ve never had a problem, but I can see why others would be worried about that. Second, I would never in a million years recommend leaving a laptop here unattended. It’s just not that kind of place. That said, say you are looking for good coffee and you are coming in the morning, during the Inman Park rush hour, you are going to have someone handle it well and chances are, be very friendly. For a chain, that’s good enough for me. If casual dining for a long time is what’s on your agenda, then perhaps another location is a better fit.

**** IMPORTANTNOTICE **** The employees will warn you not to leave your car in the parking lot, cause even if you shop there a private owner of the lot will boot your car should you leave the premises. Depending on their mood this may cost your $ 75 ~ $ 150 dollars. So you’ve been warned. Review below… This is not the worst Starbuck’s but it is not the best Starbucks. Expect your average-joe-barista behind the counter so don’t order anything not on the menu explicitly or complicated. This destination is basically the ‘safety net’ for visitors arriving to Little Five Points that do not know of better and more independent coffee locations located around the area. It’s familiar, it’s name brand, it’s safe.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I go to Starbucks religiously about 3−4x a week. It took approximately 15 minutes to get a cup of tea today and they had TWO people working. The parking is AWFUL and the bathroom was dirty. For $ 4 I will NEVER, I mean never go back… such a shame because it is a cute area!

We will never use this location again due to the parking nazis. My wife stopped in at this location to get a coffee, she bought a coffee. She then walked next store to get a pack of gum. She was gone less than 5 mins. She returned with her still hot coffee in her hand to find a boot on her car. She then had the option to pay $ 50 to remove the boot or dispute it with the his manager who wouldn’t be available till the next day. They would of course have to tow her car in the morning and she would incur additional charges per day while trying to dispute it. I’ve no idea how this is legal or why Starbucks allows this to happen in their parking lot to their customers. She even had a receipt to show the guy who couldn’t care less. The lot was mostly empty so it wasn’t like other customers were waiting and she wasn’t about to drive her car 15 feet simply to buy a pack of gum.

People who know me would be surprised that I’m writing this review because in general, I don’t drink coffee. But this time of year, I’m definitely a fan of Starbucks. Because in November and December, there are pumpkin cream cheese muffins in the pastry display case, and I can have my choice of a pumpkin spice or gingerbread latte or a peppermint mocha coffee. And those things are so delicious that I forget that(1) I don’t really like coffee, and(2) if I need a warm drink, it’s more reasonable to purchase it from my local EAV spot rather than drive the extra few minutes to support a corporate giant. But in November and December, the pumpkin(or gingerbread) latte and pumpkin cream cheese muffin are calling for me to imbibe. And I can’t resist. At least, not for long. Parking can be an issue here because people forget that there is parking in back of the building as well as along the side.(Although I would only suggest the side parking if you’re just making a quick stop.) I’m not much for the holiday season, but this time of year Starbucks makes my little heart grow just a bit. At least until the latte and muffin are gone. Happy Holidays!
