This Subway was so anti-customer service, I was compelled to add them to ding them. This is a Subway located in a gas station market. For some reason, these gas station Subways tend to not take the Subway Rewards card(to earn or use points). Ordering a tuna sub for my daughter, she prefers her shredded cheese separate from the sub — it’s usually put in a plastic ramekin. If not available, other stores have put the cheese in the paper bags they use for cookies. They claimed they had neither. I was their only guest. I could understand if they were slammed during a rush). The worst was at the register. I used my Debit card. She gave me the receipt from the debit machine. I asked for the itemized receipt(I need it for business expenses), especially because their receipt header, shows BP Food Mart(not Subway — where HR can make a safe bet I didn’t buy alcohol). She said no. Then, upon completion of the transaction, another itemized receipt got spit out from the receipt printer. I said, you have two of them. I need one for business expenses. She said no and THREWTHEMAWAY! Like I said, it’s been a while since a business has told me «No» on numerous reasonable requests. Patronize at your own risk!

Absolute worst franchise owner in subway history. I live in the neighborhood across the street and they could care less about customer service. Oh hey, lets close when it’s slow! Or, hey we normally close at 10, but the lazy employees are gone by 9:40. I hate this place and wish the entire BP it is in would be replaced by a QT. As relates to food it’s normal subway but they often run out of stuff and only have 1 employee ever working so it is slow.
