We came back to the Graham Seeby Group after working with Justin to sell my condo and buy our first home in 2012. This time we worked with Justin to sell my current home and Emily to purchase a new one.
Emily is AMAZING. We met her to look at a number of properties and once we settled on the perfect one she went to work making sure we presented a competitive offer and we were thrilled when the seller accepted it asap! Through the inspection, negotiations to address property concerns and minor details like utility set-​ups etc, Emily went above and beyond to provide the absolute best customer service.
Simultaneously, Justin listed our home to sell. A number of properties were listed in our neighborhood and with his extensive knowledge of the area and market analysis, Justin priced our home fairly and brought us multiple offers in less than a week. He helped navigate the selling process, providing great vendors and driving the process from offer to closing seamlessly.
Working with the same firm on the buy and sell made the closing a breeze. we were able to sell our home and then purchase our new one all before lunch with no hiccups. Emily and Justin worked together to ensure we had what we needed during the entire process. They were both professional and fun and made a normally stressful process anything but stressful. Paul Scannell was amazing! He gave honest and useful advices during the whole buying process, and he provided us with the best service possible. He is super knowledgable about neighborhoods, and he let you know everything before you decide to buy a place. We had to travel out of town during our short period of due diligence (one week), and he offered to represent us for our home inspection. When problems were found in home inspection, he made sure the sellers got everything repaired before closing. We couldn’t thank him enough! I highly recommend him to everyone who is considering buy a home!

We met Kelly King at an open house months before we contacted her to represent us, but her positive and happy personality were so memorable that we knew we would enjoy looking at houses with her. We began working with her in late November and went under contract on our new house in January … during which time we went out four or five times looking at houses and saw pretty much everything that was on the market in our budget and our area! We saw the house we eventually bought on our second trip out with her and then, on a whim, went back about a month later when we hadn’t seen anything we liked better. I worked with Michelle Kubea as a first time buyer. She was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and helpful, even when I had «dumb» questions. I gave her my list of wants and desired areas, and she was quick with producing results.
She was always considerate and thoughtful about our communication. Most of our conversations were via text and email. That worked great for me. Her availability was outstanding. We met at a property (I eventually bought) late one night because I didn’t get off work until late.

This was my very first time buying a home and I was terrified. The first time I met with Kelly King from the Graham Seeby group, she had a whole pamphlet of information for me as a first time buyer including timelines for the actual buying process as well as information for once I was settled in a home which immediately put me at ease. I think as a first time buyer it’s easy to feel naïve and out of control of the situation– it can be such a whirl wind and you don’t have anything to compare it to– but Kelly was very patient and thorough with me. She really wanted to make sure I was making the right decision for me. She didn’t rush me and answered every silly and paranoid question I had throughout the entire process. She even went into my crawl space with a carpenter to make sure the floor of my unit was sound. Also, when I first started looking at homes, I wasn’t really sure what I wanted and Kelly quickly picked up on all the little things that I liked and didn’t like in terms of aesthetics, location, and «amenities.» She really helped me focus in on properties she thought I would love so I didn’t waste my time.

I have worked with agents for over 15 years purchasing homes and developing properties and this group is the best I have ever worked with. We just purchased another home 5 months ago with the graham Seeby group and the transaction went smooth with no delays from start to finish. I also appreciate an agent who will negotiate with a smile for their clients and this group always seems to do just that. I hope I never have to move out of the Atlanta area, because I have no idea who I will get to negotiate my purchase! 5 stars!
