Had LASIK surgery 5 days ago with Dr. January. I was legally blind (–9.5 Rx) and am amazed at the results! I wish I had LASIK sooner. I’m completely contacts/glasses free! The staff were professional and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend The Lasik Vision Institute (Cobb Parkway) and Dr. January for LASIK surgery.

They call you every other day and email you on days they didn’t call to confirm your appointment. Yet when I get there, I waited for an hour with no end in sight. When you try to look at the workers, they avoid eye contact cause they know you’re anxious from waiting. What’s the point of calling to confirm your appointment if they don’t have any regards for your time?
Eventually, I got up and left and went to LasikPlus. Sure, it’s a little more expensive but worth it to actually get some service. Who knows ho long I would have had to wait if I stayed.

These people fixed my eyes I have 2020 vision now after 10years of wearing glasses! Dr. January is my life saver it was literally feeling like I was in there for five minutes and I walked out with perfect vision! They walk you through the process it’s so easy and simple specially if you have great credit and recommending friends and family is a benefit for you! It’s safe and I recommend everyone to do this!

I paid a ton extra for the «lifetime» guarantee. 7 years later I called to say my vision isn’t as good as it once was and asked what could be done only to find out if I didn’t have a yearly eye exam by them that it voided my contact??? What does an exam have to do with anything here? Like I could have even read that in the fine print before I signed up. A good business would stand behind their work instead of finding loopholes to get out of doing what’s right.

I used to rave about them until I tried to use the lifetime correction I purchased. Apparently I didn’t have an annual eye exam, so I no longer qualify for it.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! We booked an appt. at 11:45AM and are still waiting here and it’s 5PM now. We were told we would have to wait a little due to testing on the eyes but they have a problem with over booking people because all we’ve been doing is waiting and no tests were done or anything the procedure takes 15 min so why are we still here 5 hours later??? Take your money elsewhere and save your time. There are many other places that will charge less, do a good job and not have you wait 6 hours for a 15 min procedure. Waste of time and money.
