I’ve been to The Mark a good number of times, but never for anything other than drum & bass DJs. I’m not into clubbing much honestly, so I only go when there’s a DJ or act I really want to see and I know the music is going to be on point. The Mark basically allows me to get my live dnb fix — sometimes you just gotta feel those basslines rumbling in your guts. It’s a nice lounge with a good soundsystem and dance floor. Good vibe. 4

Where to begin? I’ve been to the Mark twice. The first time I went, it was the wrong night. I’m not going to tell you why it was the wrong night, but it was the wrong night for me to be there. I still had fun, don’t get me wrong, but the wrong night nontheless. The second time I went there it was a typical club that was«popping». I had fun, and people were there to mingle so I met a lot of new friends. The music was fine… on both nights, so I will go back if I am ever in downtown atlanta. But just a heads up, as people before me said, each night is different so know what night will best suit you=) Heck I don’t over think much of anything so i’ll go any day of the week.

I love The Mark. It reminds me of home(Miami). Sure, it may not be a Miami Club, but you can’t be too picky here in Atlanta. They have great home grown DJ’s and a great feel to the club. It’s got a great sound system and the owner did a great job paying attention to the details of the décor of the club. It can get very crowded, but really, IT’S A CLUB! No matter the size of the club, if it’s a good club, it’s going to be person to person. So, get over it. The staff is great, they’re really nice and have always been very attentive.
