The Spa Zone

I bought a Living Social deal ($ 79 for two one-​hour massages) to try out Spa Zone. I called to schedule my first appointment and the woman replied promptly (the next day) to get my appointment scheduled. The good thing was that the next available appointment wasn’t a month out like some other deals I’ve encountered. This place a little hard for me to find initially, if you’re coming off of 85N and turning right onto chamblee tucker. I recommend making a left at presidential parkway (next to shell) and make a right into the Park Ridge 85 Office Park. If you take a immediately a left, you will find building 5 and look for the blue door on the right hand side of the building (if you’re facing the building).
My first appointment I just had medium pressure (deep tissue is an additional 10 dollars), it was pretty good but I definitely would have enjoyed it more with more pressure. After my first appointment, she helped me schedule my next appointment on the spot.
I had to reschedule my second appointment due to a schedule conflict, but again, Spa Zone was prompt at returning my phone call to reschedule my appointment. This time, I asked for deep tissue and it really helped relieved some of the muscle aches and tightness I’ve built up. I really like that she does a bit of the face and scalp massage as well.

I am SO excited to have found this service online. Even thought I arrived late for my first appointment, Tonya STILL worked in a full body massage with the time left. Ever since then, I have continued to splurge on a weekly massage with a glass of wine. The staff is friendly and very accommodating if I need to change my schedule. The ambiance is calm and inviting. I HIGHLY recommend the Wednesday Wine down! It’s a 50 minute HOT STONE massage with a glass of wine and even your choice of music — all for the price of a voucher on any deal site. I have recommended the Spa Zone to anyone who will listen to me sing their praises. Enjoy!

I bought two Groupons for The Spa Zone — One for a 60 minute massage ($ 80 value according to groupon) and the other was a facial. I have never known a spa that charges 80 bucks for a massage and can’t afford to hire someone to answer the phone. When calling (I did 3 times over several weeks) you are only given the option to email or leave a voicemail and get a call back within 48 hours. This didn’t work well for me because I’ve been working long hours outdoors with limited service — but in all fairness a peppy woman did always leave me a message in return telling me they could fit me in the following week and to call back, etc. Did I mention I never said the word GROUPON when I left those voicemails looking to book a massage and facial?
I finally gave up on the idea of speaking with a human and just emailed, telling them of my groupons and requested to book at least the massage before I went on vacation the following week. One hour later, I got back an email that was a bit «oh well, we are booked until the end of August so you can get a refund from Groupon.» Funny thing how mighty full they became once they had to make good on the discounted service I had purchased.

Update: after 3 weeks of calling, finally someone answered the phone only to tell me that I cannot get service because of my review. A simple apology would’ve been enough for me remove my review. These imbeciles really don’t know how to run a business.

Went to visit the Spa zone last weekend. Had a great experience. It’s was very busy because it was Saturday but that’s didn’t stop my great experience. My massage was great the staff was amazing I forgot the young ladies names but my husband and I will be back. Best Massage ever!!! Thanks again Spa zone :-)

please beware of this place… horrible customer service and the rudest staff you will ever meet in your life! extremely unprofessional beyond belief! dont waste your money here. go elsewhere. def dont go there. a huge scam place and the massages are horrible!!!

We had our couple massage yesterday and it was great. It was my husband’s first ever massage by a professional where as I’ve had my share before. We enjoyed every minute of it. My husband said that I did dozed off and snored, I didnt think so but if i really did then hey, it did that to me. We will be back and I told my husband that it will be my treat the next time.

The worst massage I’ve ever had! I have TWO CUTS on my shoulders because my massage person’s nails were too long. She was the heavy set black female. Wish I had the option of giving them a zero star. How can she call herself a professional therapist??! Ugh.

I bought a coupon on half off depot for a couples massage at this place. Those coupons are usually hit or miss and this one was definitely a hit! It was very easy to make an appointment over the email and I’ve got a confirmation call later. My husband and I enjoyed our massages very much, ladies did a great job. I wish every massage place advertizing on discounted websites was this good!

I found the Spa Zone via a living social coupon and it was the absolute best thing I could ask for. I went in for a microdermabrasion and came out with new knowledge of my skin type and how to care for it. She was very patient and engaging. She answered every single question I had and even made suggestions for going forward. I can’t wait to come back!

They provided great service and Tonya gave a excellent massage! My wife enjoyed her facial (no pun) lol… this a wonderful little quaint and non-​intimidating space. Could use a little more customer interaction as it relates to details of services. I’ll be back!!!

My husband and I did a couples massage with Tonya and Amira and it was really relaxing. I like The Spa Zone space and the staff are friendly. If you put it in your gps it’s easy to locate.

I have had several massages here, and the therapists are top-​notch! I’ve been dealing with a lower back injury for ages and they’ve really helped me work out the kinks. The atmosphere is soothing and calm, and I just really like coming here. So great to find a top-​notch spa just minutes from my house!

My facial and massage at the Spa Zone were incredible. It was far the best experience I’ve ever had at a spa. I would highly recommend this place!
