This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We drove an hour and a half out of the way for a murder mystery dinner on a yacht only to hear that «we should have not been allowed to buy tickets because they overbooked.» The owner, Nicole, said we had been contacted about that but we had not. All we had gotten was a confirmation call– and it was her who called us! The lady was so rude to us and didn’t even offer us anything for our troubles. What kind of business owner would act like this to a customer? She must really not care about her business. Anyways, she was the most unprofessional person I have ever met and we will never be doing business with her again.
