Where is the negative star button? I lived in this place for two long, long years. London B. pretty much nailed it, but let me say more!
Scary neighbors who sell things from their apartments and I don’t mean collectables on ebay. Worst property manager ever. I don’t know if property management’s son still lives there, but he was HORRIBLE. Very nasty and antagonistic person. Liked his cowboy hats though, YEEHAW.
Parking horrible, laundry horrible, brown water, dishwashers don’t work, I had a leaking pipe and the maintenance guy «fixed» it by giving it a nice shiny coat of paint.
And then there was the time we smelled something and the fire department said the crawl space under the entire building was gas-​filled and lucky no one was smoking, har har.
