Over the years this Wendy’s has too frequently been sold out of certain items such as the baked potatoes and has too often served burgers ordered plain loaded with mustard and other condiments and toppings. But now this site has hit a new low. I went here to buy my teen and I a meal. While considering the fish sandwich for myself, I asked whether this Wendy’s has a Veggie Burger. I was told«Yes, we have a veggie burger.» So, I ordered the veggie Burger. At home, I discovered the veggie«burger» was the toppings for a burger only with NO veggie patty. I can’t imagine what motivates a person to tell such a ridiculous lie. How hard is it to say«Sorry, no, we don’t have a veggie burger. Can you eat fish?» Honestly, I do not understand how this place stays in business.

I have visited this location several(about 25) times, as I live around the corner. My business is hardly appreciated by the staff, and I never get salt and pepper when I ask for it. No extra butter or sour cream either. My requests for these side items was ALWAYS ignored. If I wait at the window to ensure my order is correct, the drive-thru specialist will provide me with a «get moving» stare. I’m never asked at the window if i need anything else. I feel bad for even bothering this store with my order… so I won’t be back. There’s another one off of Peachtree Industrial that will at least appreciate my orders. Take care!

One of the slowest Wendy’s I have been to. I came around 6 on a Saturday and after paying for my meal, I waited in the line for about 20 minutes. Yes, TWENTY minutes. I had 2 cars in front of me, the first driver actually ended up parking and going inside for her meal. The car in front of me kept giving the bag back to the cashier which meant they were messing up her order. When I finally got to the pick-up window, the guy looks at me like, what? I look back and it was a weird staring contest before he asks me my order. I asked him if it was not pulled up on the screen already and he basically shouts back at me, Ma’am, we just had a shift change so I don’t know! I told him my order was the $ 4 for 4 and this prompts the manager to come charging to the window saying that I didn’t pay, which of course I already did… at the first window before I got stuck in waiting hell. The manager then starts saying that someone took an order and drove off without paying and that i would have to wait for my order. The guy at the window then asks me to pull up and wait for fresh fries, 2 minutes at the most. Fast forward another 8 minutes and I am handed my order, but with cold, limp fries. Yep, this is apparently Wendy’s finest here folks. Read the rest of the one star reviews and enter this place at your own risk.

This Wendy’s needs to be shut down. Either that, or their corporate team needs to come in and see what is going on. First — the large Wendy’s sign outside and all exterior and parking lighting seems to constantly be on the fritz making it feel unsafe at night. I have not received a drive through order that is 100% accurate in the past few years. I have also noticed unsanitary«things» in my food and drinks on multiple occasions over time.(See the video I uploaded). I have called the manager to complain several times and requested a returned call, but they haven’t returned any of them. I will not ever go back. And seriously — Please watch the video I uploaded and what I pulled out of my soda.

Average — — What u would expect at a traditional Wendy’s restaurant. I will say the workers here are hardworking and friendly. The restaurant is nice and clean, with ample parking.

A good location. Burgers are always fresh, drive through service is fast, and they stay open late. Located near : Taco Bell 300 Bowling Alley Arby’s Café Wild Ginger Thai Food Dry Cleaners Wear: a nice regular shirt on the top and ninja turtle pajamas, with fuzzy slippers on the bottom.(They can’t see your lower half in a drive through.)

If you follow my reviews, you will know that Wendy’s is one of my favorite fast food restaurants for their«better quality» fast food. I’m not talking about the value items, but specifically about their salads and premium chicken sandwiches. I have been to this particular Wendy’s several times while visiting different friends who live nearby. However, I’ve only been through the drive-thru, so I’m not sure what the inside looks like. Most recently, I went through the drive-thru here around 7 pm on a Friday while I was on my way to a friend’s place nearby. I ordered my favorite meal — the Spicy Chicken Fillet Sandwich Combo($ 6.09 for the«Small» combo). There were two cars in front of me, and although it felt like it took a long time to finally get to the pickup window after ordering and paying, it actually took about 5 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got my food. I asked for two sauces — a Buttermilk Ranch and BBQ sauce(so delicious when they’re mixed together!), which I always dip my fries in. Some Wendy’s restaurants actually charge for sauce(unless you order chicken nuggets), but this one doesn’t. I always appreciate that. =) When I arrived at my friend’s place to eat about 10 minutes later, my sandwich and fries were still pretty hot. I enjoyed my meal and was, for the most part, satisfied. The only suggestion I have for this Wendy’s — and perhaps all Wendy’s in general — if for them to PLEASE get Coke Zero as one of their fountain drink options! I recall when I was living in L.A., they served Coke Zero for a while, and then they stopped. Please bring Coke Zero back! Overall, this Wendy’s gets 4 stars for their fairly quick, friendly service and delicious food. I will definitely return to this Wendy’s time and time again when I’m hanging out with friends who live in the area. [Review 161 of 366]

It’s madness, I know, but Wendy’s has started serving breakfast. The one near my apartment actually started a few weeks ago, but I haven’t been able to drag myself out of bed early enough to try it prior to yesterday. As a fan of breakfast food in general, I was looking forward to checking out Wendy’s take… would the sausage patties be square? Would they have breakfast chili and pancake frostees? It turns out, for the most part it’s just your basic fast food breakfast comprised of various combinations of biscuit, eggs, sausage, «cheeze», et. al. Since it would be easiest for me to compare Wendy’s to the competition if I ordered pretty much the same thing, I went with an egg and«cheeze» biscuit and hashbrowns. Wendy’s does have an alternative to biscuits, but I wasn’t brave enough to try it(and it was so unique and notable I can’t remember what it is). As I watched them prepare my order, I already knew it wouldn’t be a pleasant breakfast. They were pulling my «biscuit» out of a plastic bag just like hot dog buns. Mmmmm… premade biscuits; everyone’s favorite. When it came time to actually eat the food, I was seriously disappointed. As expected the biscuit was horrible. Hard on the outside and chewy on the inside like Reese’s Pieces. The egg was as thin as a crêpe, and contained absolutely no flavor, though the copious oil was a nice touch; at least they were cooked in the restaurant unlike the biscuit. The«cheeze» was your standard fast food-grade cheese-like product, though it wasn’t as orange as the«cheeze» from McDonald’s. The hash browns contained no salt, no taste and no heat. The lack of warmth surprised me considering I didn’t eat them at work; I was sitting in the restaurant. Since this Wendy’s is just up the road from my apartment, I’ve been here many times(I’ve lived in the immediate area since I was in the fifth grade). They’re actually quite good when you order lunch or dinner. They haven’t screwed up my «no mayo» request in over a year, even at the drive thru. But when it comes to breakfast, I won’t be returning. If their food isn’t going to taste like anything good, I’ll skip breakfast instead.
