Wyndham Atlanta Galleria

Came here on a business trip and did not have a choice on where to stay so was not sure what to expect… usually very loyal to the Hilton or the Marriot for a reason. Now staying here it all comes together. This hotel is really old and was nice that it has been updated in the bedrooms but just fell short for me in the other ways. For starters my first night the temperature outside was in the twenties and my heater in the room blew nothing but cold air. Had to sleep in a sweat shirt just to stay warm… but goes with the way outdated temperature controls. Also the sheets my bed were made with had rips on them and could tell how old they were and the room darkening shade had holes in it. Its the finishing touches that make the difference to me…
Plus for me wasn’t just overall impressed with the general property and amenities. With the frequent trips I take here this will be a one and done stay here for me and back at the Hilton for me.
