X-Ceptional Nail

Terrible manicure and pedicure by the Asian woman sitting on the wall side opposite the pedicure area. My polish is not even and on the skin of my fingers and toes. When I told her about the imperfections she said it was because of my cuticles. LIE! I hate when service providers don’t take accountability and blame the issue on me. I have had many mani/​pedi services rendered in my life and this is the worse! Also this technician (not qualified to be called technician by the way), is very rough. She was hurting me with the massage and the way she grabbed my fingers and toes. My recommendation is do not spend your money or waste your time at this place. Visiting ATL from Illinois and will never go back to this salon. I will tell my many friends and associates in the ATL area not to go to this salon. I do not endorse this business who provides terrible customer service! If a zero rating was possible, that is what I’d give Xceptional Nails in Atlanta off North Druid Hills Road!

Horrible place I will NEVER COME BACK THERE!!! Horrible service, and it was just a polish change! They are terrible, that’s why they are always empty!

Just your average pedicure, nothing special. I was pretty grossed out when a different technician than my own came out of the restroom without washing her hands and then started to give a pedicure to another patron. Yuck!

I was terribly displeased with the quality and service that I received here. I asked for shellac on my nails. The work was sloppy and careless as you can see from the attached photo. The photo was taken right after getting them done. On top of that, when I asked her to clean up the edges (very politely!) and redo some spots she had missed, she got annoyed with me and said «well that’s why I asked you to check». Ha! I laugh now but it wasn’t funny at the time. Needless to say, I will never go back again. I hate judging a place because of one person but she really just turned me off. I was too upset to catch her name. I do remember she had long dark hair. If you decide to give this place a try, stay away from this individual. In my opinion, there are many other and much better nail salons in this city for me to give this place another chance.

Was not too happy with my nails. The nail tech I think her name is Virgina she painted all over my skin lol and didn’t wipe it clean. Then when asked to clean it up, she got really upset. Will not be back. Thankfully the manager stepped in to save the day!

This place is awesome for nail art. My nail tech took her time with me. I made sure she was compensated for the two hours she spent working on my nails. Other salons would have scoffed at the picture I wanted but not this nail tech. Will be coming back.

Loved my manicure and the friendliness of the staff. I believe the owner did my nails and she was a pure joy to sit in front of. Take a lookie lookie at my nails for yourself.

It was pretty good! Definitely a great value ($ 44 for the gel manicure and a «deluxe» pedicure)! I wasn’t entirely happy with the varied length of my nails and some of their shapes, but my pedicure was great and she took extra care to ensure the color was saturated.

Great quality service, for a great price! Definitely my new go-​to nail salon.

No matter how many nail salons I try in Atlanta, I always end up going back to this one. There’s nothing fancy here, but the manicures are reliably good, sanitary, and long-​lasting. The owner is friendly, remembers everything about every one of her customers (I swear, she has magical mind-​reading powers), and an excellent manicurist herself.
Every now and again, someone will have an off day and my nails end up jagged or something, but overall, this salon is reliably good.

Great Nail salon — nice pedicure foot spas, all kinds of nail services: Pink and White is the best! Very accommodating to groups — just be sure to make an appt.
